bhai you didn't tell us about monthly rent just curious. because I heard that banks give maximum lease amount is rs 20000
25000 is the rent!!
20000 is paid by the bank and the rest is being paid by my friend :)

Just finished the video sir. Ending the day on a good note ♥️. I don't have any queries as of now, but do sure am grateful for mentors like you who makes us believe that it is possible. Not really in a good mental place right now but pushing my way through it. I don't know how I'm gonna perform in the mains but one thing is certain that i will come out satisfied from the centre. Hello Ravi sir mene apni private job Dec mein quit ki hai ibps 2023 calender aaya hai kya Mai agar Mai mehnat karu September taak prepare ho sakta hai banking exam oct ke starting mein hai ibps po
How much is the maintenance charges paid to the housing society ? I heard that initially when a person buys such a flat, he will be told that maintenance charges need not be paid as the corpus amount he pays while buying the flat is used for this purpose, but in reality it exhausts after a few years I believe.
Maintenance charges are included in the rent, bhai :)
