I live in a rich town but I am not. Just pulled a K2500S off the metal pile at the dump today. Was blown away with how heavy and well made it is...and sounds great ! Well as the say about one man's trash is another's treasure applies here. I love music and I love freebies. So glad I went dumping today.
Thanks for posting this since this Kurzweil and all other Kurzweil music instruments were serious offerings to the musician .Some "workstations" today have fewer options.
yes me I had a k2000 great sounds and the synthesis was a very very good syn I named the digital moog but ergonomy and logistic was bad compared to roland even if roland is less complete and fine in parameters, me I am + roland.
Does anyone remember which one of this videos contains tip about how to create program with two (or more) layers that have different outputs and how to control which layer is playing by any control source there is? I saw it once and even commented to that vid and thanked for that. I just don't remember how it was done and can't find that piece of information anymore. It had something to do with layer parameters, one of the layers was put to "reverse" mode I think.
Think, a lot of sounds you play on omnisphere are from, old kurzweil libraries like elettric star, and many other sounds... That we can play live in the 1996/7 so now we can make 😂😂😂
So relieved that he ceased playing at 1:12,as I could not tolerate it any further.Jordan Rudess is very skilled technically, but usually belts out a bunch of monochromatic noise, rather than making music and he does not have a single musically creative bone in his body.I am so ill from him demoing Korg keyboards...hope he retires soon, and rids us all of his hyperactive ivory tickling tripe.

Dope👍
Criminal! (The Tosser, not the Tossee... ;))
That’s dope. I’ll give you $25 for it ;)
I watched this video back in 1996 on the original VHS! I had just gotten my keyboard :). It helped a lot!
Awesome. I have some old Jordan Rudess piano leaning videos. He is one of the best players Ive ever seen.

Compared with today, Rudess just changed the place of his long hair
thank you very much!

So they were selling guides on VHS with the instrument?
It was delivered with the instruments as far as I know.

This tutorial would benefit from some vinn diagrams and work flow charts.
oh the days of VHS.....*sigh*
Highpass filter Jordan
You didnt even tell how to turn on the thing!! Help
I have a k2500x...new to me. How do I know if I have KDFX ?
Good god, how old is this video???
long hair???
alguem traduz pelo amor de Deus kk
Boy old keyboards are way more complicated than the new ones
But old synths and keyboards are way better and more powerful sounding.

Wow maybe jordan miss his hair
He was already losing it here.

I was just getting ready to cancel the video when he stopped playing
Yea, he is annoying, and a totally boring wanker of a player. Kinda like the Yngwie Malmstein of keyboards.
this video is from Jordan´s previous encarnation,.... cool.!!.!!!!!!!!!..... it´s from Neoliberal market age
Can you speak English please?
thanks for this - though rudess is the most annoying person ever
Bald guys + long hair = hilarity ensues.
