Leah was so selfish and entitled. She should have been kinder to James, especially on his birthday and not been stingy with the bill, as he shouldn't have had to pay for a place where he didn't want to be in the first place. She deserved what she got at the end. I hope he got to enjoy the rest of his birthday afterwards. Sarah is a great actress, she always put a lot of energy into her roles.
I kind of wish there was more to the story. Like James went onto finding another girl who was humble and caring. While the Leah’s life went downhill and tries to come crawling back to him after finding out he’s highly successful.

She brought him there expecting him to PAY for something he didn't want in the first place and that SHE sprung on him without his consent! Good for him for sticking her with the bill and dumping her. haha i just looked it up if a customer refuses to pay the bill do restaurants make the customers wash the dishes if they dont pay and apparently they can't as its not covered by the insurance and if the customer hurt themselves the restaurant will most likely be fined as the insurance does not cover the customers washing up using industrial machines

Ive had friends splurge on nonsense knowing we had a trip coming up only to want to stay in a very expensive hotel and ask if me and another friend can front the money they needed because they didnt have enough. Years ago I had a girlfriend exactly like her, same name. She was 39, I was 53. It took me 6 months to see the truth and get free from her. I was actually broke at the time but she thought I was going to inheiret alot of money in the future. I met someone else my age who was earing healthy 6 figures, didn't care about material things, very modest, and loved me for who I am. We've been together now 38 years. I got my act together financially, told her she could retire, and now with about $7 million in investments we live the good life.
I often saw these endings that the spoilt gold-digger was punished by cleaning the floor or washing the dishes. I wish it were that easy to get away with non-payment. I guess it is for comedy value. She is really good at playing a Karen and being hilarious at the same time. In England apparently people who really cannot and refuse to pay law enforcement will be called.
