A bit overdone in some areas. That indoor spiral staircase leading to 2F is so wrong. Design of the house is interesting though.

People are cashing in on ideas, it's a copycat world, these houses are very common these days. You just need a critical mind to employ your ideas with the simplistic, elegant mantra in your mind. Let's comment on the price tag, breaking it down, Roca sets, Imported tiles, Cardboard doors, 3-4 primer coats to give it a clean texture, max construction footprint is 6000 sq ft x 3500 rupees/per sq ft = 2.1 crores. Land ( 12 lac marla max) + construction = 3.3 to 3.5 crores max!!!!! Net profit if sold at 5 crores is 1.7 to 1.5 crores. Kudos, to the designer!
and yes designer to build it for free.

Might not be a good fit for a traditional Pakistani Family, because i did nt find any sitting space in living area where families could sit and watch tv together or just for chat, plus privacy would also b issue because of drawing room is not seperated properly

Okay so the biggest fault for me in this house is open kitchen and small tv lounge on ground floor. With the open kitchen if someone's cooking smell will go in all the house. No private entrance for drawing room no dinning room at all and on top of it if you put sofas on ground floor tv lounge it will be totally congested.

No impressive… and not a very practical house. The top 5th room is like a servant room as it’s directly connected to outside and the stair case.

Very complicated house, though interior is impressive. It should have a lift. I had a 5 marla house of somewhat same architecture which i sold last yr. It was totally designed by me keeping in mind various aspects of living. But ultimately with growing age i found it very difficult to manage. I had home theatre, powder room n store in the basement n for months i did not go down to watch movies. Secondly three bedrooms at split level upstairs were becoming difficult to reach n take care of them. Only ground floor was left manageable so i disposed it off in desperation. Lastly idea of open kitchen in our climate is also not practical although i had partition of glass wall in between sitting n kitchen. So architects its a humble request that while designing a house keep in mind practicality, weather conditions n aesthetics rather experimenting with expensive materials n abstract designs

The house have a appealing look. Great utilization of space and good quality of materials used. The designer of this house could've done much better if he had more than 15 marla of Space.
Negative Aspects include:
There's only one room on the ground floor and if your parents are living in it you might have to consider their calls and care quite often. Also the drawing room should have a separate access along with powder room because right now it's exposed towards the hall area. The staircase are not in proper position maybe because the designer wanted to make the hall look taller. The small room on 1st floor is only for one child because only one single bed can fit in that room. The 2nd Floor Room is not good at all, they could've utilized some lobby space and gave a separate access to rooftop and if you consider that room servant quarter then it should only have an access from outer staircase not within the house.
That's all from side hope you appreciate my analysis.
TV lounge is way too small to fit any furniture, in fact it appears to be a hall way only. No dining room as well -- these are 2 big negatives!!
Shower cabin of master washroom is not a private space, can be viewable from the roof easily. Also there is no light bulb for that shower cabin.

Pros and cons from 🇨🇦 I really tried to find Canada in the house.
Wooden work in exterior is a big flop. Hard to maintain and so is interior wooden louvered are a big pain in the neck especially on the main street corner house...Its way too hard to maintain and that too with shoking yellow. Senitry fittings are next level. Flooring is no doubt is exceptional and so is the washrooms. Home theater is amazing, But agian black in bathrooms is super super tough to maintain. I have been with black kitchen and washroom tops so I know the pain.
House map is not practical its more like jungle gym or bhool buliyann the 5th room is probablya nanny room that has a spiral stair case too. Homey feel nhee.

It’s a beautiful house but it’s nowhere near “Canadian Theme”. If owner had lived in Canada, which I believe he did, he would have agreed. You can call it designer house or house with luxury amenities but certainly not Canadian Themed house. No offence, just my two cents.
Fancy …. too fancy things are used unnecessarily everywhere…. Living room has no proper place to put sofas…. . Architect seeems overly obsessed with fancy stuff, lacks sophistication… seems like a commercial building

That's the weirdest house I've ever seen...it's not functional...it looks like a theater...or some weird showroom. And why the heck did they call it Canadian style? Canadians are never famous for their architecture/design.
Only for people between 10 and 35 year old. So many stairs, in Punjabi, "dand tarwanay they chance bohat zeyada hain ". Is it centrally airconditioned?

dha is garbage compared to bahria town in terms of development, dha societies take 10 to 20 years to grant possession while bahrias grant possession in 3 to 7 years average. homes in bahria is better aswell
Its beautiful. In the loung areas/living rooms there isnt enough space for sofas etc boht tang area hai. I think with the basement more could have been done. Bedroom, bathroom etc because space is there. The cinema could have been bigger too.
Good good work but two big faults which are irrecoverable..selection of plot location..like if u have selected intellectual village or garden city..it was much better and worthful..
Second..map is modernly designed ..it was better if u have done these things on kanal plot bcoz many things you have to compromise in sizes.. and at least two beds on ground for practical living..

Tooo expensive although finished to a high standard not very practical i think this is a overseas Pakistani type property andat this time the country's economy is bad way and not everyone is going to be able to afford it so we will see
If you convert in dollar than the price is approx 250k dollar...in Bangladesh the same house will cost around 1 million dollars 💀... I am kind of jealous Pakistan can offer such an impressive house at this price

accessories are really very attractive but utilization of space is not good. top roof is not in use block from every angle. the cut of the terrace room is also not good it might be one block design to make a big room. . ya to jo ly ga or rahy ga wo he jany ga kay kuch glat bana ha.
