Hi Paul, as usual, great photos and video. That end clip was brilliant. I definitely must add Kingfisher to my To Do list.
Thanks a lot Malcolm, definitely worth doing
Beautiful images Paul👍
Thanks very much as always Leslie
Hi mate, what a great place. I’ve just booked to visit a hide in Cambridge for March, I think I will be adding this place to my list too. Amazing shots and video clip 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏👏👏
Thanks Manni, yes well worth a visit, just love Kingfishers
Enjoyed the video at the end!👍
Thanks very much
Lovely images of a female Kingfisher, prefer to get them in the wild rather than hides. Hides are way too an easy way to capture these beautiful ,amazing birds. Loved the video well done.
Thanks very much Mark and I totally agree but you will rarely get shots as good in the wild unless you have time to start baiting an area where they venture frequently
@@paulfowlie1966 Mmm not sure about that, have some pretty good shots including Mum ,dad and 3 kids. And good photos of feeding the young as well. Found a good spot on my local river and spent weeks watching and photographing . Keep up the good work.
Well done Mark, not everyone is blessed to have them in their area@@markk1873
Paul,
Well done intrepid travel photographer! As usual great shots presented in a style that belies the complexity and professionalism you have.
Thanks very much Marguerite, catch up soon
Thanks Paul, another great video, I paid a visit to this hide back in May and came away with some amazing images even with my modest camera setup, hoping to get back with my Dad this year, we are coming up to the Squirrel hide in April and I'm booked in again in May and really looking forward to it. Keep the amazing videos coming, Thanks again.
Cheers Ben, if your planning a visit to Squirrels in April you need to get booked in now as already quite ful
@@paulfowlie1966cheers Paul we are booked in with Pandora 👍
Apparently Mark Hughes no longer has any visiting birds they left during flooding a few weeks ago !
I know, what a shame, lets hope he gets a breeding pair back soon
Did Kingfishers locally to me last year (you know Mike who runs the hide). Had a fabulous day but light was so poor all day so I didn’t get chance for any diving shots but (hopefully- domestic issue permitting) going back in May. Note though Mike’s hide has a heater!!! 😀😀 Really looking forward to catching up with you later in the year and keep the videos coming they are lovely to watch and a nice distraction during very difficult times for me.
Thanks Clive, hope all works out for you, catch up soon
