That’s more like a bug than a hack as the only thing that was infinite was the sand slots. You can do this trick normally if you run out of sand.
No need to use cheat infinite sands to do this. You can just zip through the locked door to go there

As you can see, when hacking the game like this, I can beat the game's sections in a wrong order - for an example: beating one of the ending bosses in very early of the game :)

Thank you. I stucked in the sacrifice altar because I didn't knew some locations aren't supposed to come back for. I just wanted to search for this health thing and with your tip I got though cheat engine infinite sand. This is the greatest video about this game and the worst game ubisoft ever developed. Bad level design.
