You return all of your workers from all of the the hangers (collecting resources from each hanger where you have a worker). You can not leave any of your workers on the hanger board after taking this action.
Seems like a good supplement for Cloud Nine
The last game I played it came down to establishing yourself first so people pay you.

You don't have to put out all 5 workers before you take them back right? You can put 4 only and take back 4 and resources?
Is this kind of like a mix between a architects of west kingdom and carcassone?
This is not like Carcassonne since you aren't pulling tiles out of a bag. The landscape in Wayfinders is set up at the beginning of the game.
