As a student nurse I felt completely powerless, like wtf, that has to be some type of malpractice. Bonus: In clinicals I got the chance to witness a brain surgery.....just wow, they actually use a little rotary saw to cut around the head and pop your top off😳

A long term heroine addict was admitted with complications that included swollen genitals. Also maybe it's cause I live and work in South Africa, but sex out here doesn't get that weird. I never saw weird things in trauma. I work in Cardiac research now and the "wildest" thing I see is men with heart failure wanting viagra and counseling for having more sex. Age and religion is the usual barrier to satisfactory sex, people out here aren't even thinking of spicing things up, they're fighting for their lives to just get it in.😅
