    If you ask 10 different people you'll get 10 different answers about non-Muslims in Medina, where they're allowed etc. Some people say you're not allowed passed the gates of the Prophet's mosque while others say you're allowed in that area just not inside. Glad you got to experience though.
    There's a palpable calmness and serenity people feel in Medina, I don't know if you experienced that too.
