both are correct actually it depends upon the question actually if the question has relevancy in the present u can use present perfect if no relavance in the present and u just have to state a fact of past then simple past for example if you have eaten your lunch at 12 and at 1 pm ur mom comes and ask u -come and have yiur lunch what u gonna say? I have eaten the food mom mom-When? I ate at 12 pm
You can say both lol, go learn English before coming with your bullshit on someone who's speaking correctly. Also unless your words are totally wrong and changes to other meaning from what you're actually trying to say, it's ok to have some flaw in grammar. What's important in interview is your confidence, decency, your ability, ideas and intelligence to handle the different situations, etc. matters
It's good to both of you the way you talk but it's not more high advance level of English it's more well for those who are bigganers this the best platform to start your English speaking communication skills and abilities and show them into the anywhere maybe..in your job interviews or public speaking..wish you best of luck 🤞

I apologise. No, I'm not apologising for nothing. The guy who's supposed to conduct the interview in this "Interview" doesn't even know how to pronounce cabin crew. Even His accent is fake. Don't get fooled by these channels or institutes. Don't trust them with your parents'hard earned money. A real interview is for 5 minutes max. And nobody tells you that your English is not good in a real interview. Hope your dreams come true if they are what you really want. - A guy who was born in a lower middle class family, 5 years of experience as a cabin crew.
