Hi Favor! I just want to say that you look amazing no matter what you are going through health wise. We love and support you no matter what. I am so jealous of you going on your cruise. I wish I could join you guys. Husband's oncologist does not recommend him cruising at this time with all the germs. However, I am hoping that my sister in law, Caryl can go again with me. She was with me a year ago in Feb. we cruised out of Galvaston. Love that port. Anyways, always look forward to your vlogs. Hope you all are well. Hugs my friend.

Oh NO!!! Those Hives are NOT fun when you get them. Last time that happened to me it was to Coconut, Literally ANYTHING coconut. I have to wear gloves if I give my dog coconut oil or if I am baking with coconut flakes EVEN suntan lotion. Do you know how hard it is to find sunscreen without coconut? I totally feel for allergy reactions.
I love your back patio. One day we will get ours redone with new concrete and maybe do an "outdoor" kitchen. We have a grill and a smoker, although need to get a different smoker because Ed's auto immune issue makes it hard to use the bullet style where it's all from the bottom.
Hello Favor!! So sorry you got the hives but it sounds like you on the mend. I went out and bought a clothing rack for sorting my cruise items to pack. Went to Kohl’s today and bought bathing suit top. I did find a dress last week at Kohl’s for $.76 cents. We leave Friday ourselves. I am just getting so excited!! As you said at the end of the. “See ya on the ship”.

Has your doctor mentioned that you can also get hives from stress? You mention that work is stressful, revamping your diet, cancel cruise, new pet, shopping therapy... Just saying you could possibly be stressed out!!! Maybe just start running until you decide what to do for your exercise routine you want to add to your lifestyle after returning. You got this! I hope that your upcoming cruise offers you a quick restart as you embark on so many of these life changes you have shared. Do you have an Orange Theory where you live? Many of my friends absolutely love the workouts & comradery they offer. I personally tried a trainer once, but really don't enjoy the gym so I opted to use the Lululemon Studio (mirror) so I can have a trainer, class, and be home! If you get a spa room on Carnival you get a few free classes they offer! I hope all turns around soon. You wouldn't remember, but I have mentioned that I solve most of my autoimmune symptoms from food also. I definitely struggle on the ships with the GMO food, and hidden inflammatory oils I don't use at home. I always try to fill up on single ingredient items in hopes that I will come home healthy. As far as hives I have only gotten them from a random tanning lotion. Once I came into contact with it, I struggled with so many topical lotions for a few years. Those itchy buggers can really be painful. Do you by chance watch Dr. Eric Berg? He has some good advice to be your own best advocate when dealing with diets, autoimmune disease, and random body functions that might give you a jump start while searching for answers. He defiantly has a few good videos on hives, even one on not having enough bile salts (also manifested by acid reflux) to process some diets.
Retail therapy is always fun. I’m sorry you are going through so much stress. I like Shein, they have really cute tops and dresses to take on cruises that are in a petite which is awesome. Enjoy your cruise and relax ❤.

Haven’t been to a Mall in years! They are actually tearing down the Mall in my city. I actually have to have Benadryl on hand at all times to help with my allergic reactions. Mine are more caused from Meds. Amoxicillin, aspirin,Prednisone,etc. and unfortunately some cat dander. Sure hope you can figure out what caused your most recent outbreak.

Ask your doctor for a reference to a dietitian/nutritionist specifically for your allergies and for the menopause "joyous occasion" 🙄😶🥴
For reflux, try Papaya Enzymes, Apple Cider Vinegar (or pills) and Ginger Root Pills. I've found those help a LOT.
I'm a little older than you, so I hung out in the mall in the 70's. Sadly, that mall has closed down recently.
One of the malls we hung out in is still hanging on but some are long gone. I think we should bring back the mall! Grab our friends and hit the food court for a lunch and then a bit of browsing! Hugs!

I too do intermittent fasting, 18/6. I eat between 12-6. It helps with weight loss but I get terrible acid reflux with it. You seem to suggest that it helps your reflux, but for me it causes it.
Hi my friend! I am behind on comments, getting ready to travel this week work has been crazy! Yes! Any time you find something really good clothing wise the companies just discontinue them, same with sunscreen! And along with no grains and a very minted diet the fasting really helps but I also stop eating about 4 hours before bed. Any less and I still have AR. I refuse medication, I used to take it, I had an RX but I can’t remember the name now… but the side effects long term were just not worth it for me. Now I try and control it with timing and lack of foods that cause it. Fried foods are the WORST for me! So If I have to eat late I only have eggs.. Anything to avoid the misery of AF! Hugs!
