🦘🇦🇺Thank you Nick for a great tour. That’s a clever little machine. I love how the passengers seat swivels. You can keep playing cards undistracted. Or what ever else you want to do with your guests. Those kitchen draws are very neat the way they allow the kitchen to be that unique shape. And as for the master bed, that’s just so cute the way it’s extended. OMG, & it’s an 8 speed gearbox. I’d personally lose count 🤣 Nice machine though. 🙏
Hi Nick, This is a moterhome where you can live forever with 2 people and even with four guest in good comfort This Carthago S Plus. I like the rounding and curved lines inside the big bathroom with a separated shower the only odd thing is that draw where you can put a coffeemachine from a certain brand I like my coffee fresh not from a syrup Thank you Nick this is again a great show 👍👍👍👍👍
The quality of motorhomes has always been improving but the pricing now is a totally different ballpark, even more so at entry level. Great if you have the means but the one thing that ive observed and like, is the amount of places hiring them out now and at a really good price
Hello from France, for ONE time they are a lot's storages in the kitchen and we not see 😂 It's ridiculus, for the price, we can see all 😂 no ? Thank lot for a visit
Hi nick wow that's fantastic, I love the big garage at the back. You could lock the mother in law in there if you get sick of her on family holidays, 👍, great video, thank you nick best wishes to you 👍🚎🚙🚚
I didnt expect the shower in that space but like way the sink for the bathroom can be left open while the toilet still is. It would be a pain having to open and close a door each time you washed your hands and you dont need privacy for that but if you do need to wash other things, it can be closed off. Love the lighting too and cabinets. The vehicle itself looks like the older style ones from the outside that are so dated now and you walk inside and everything is perfectly uptodate.
I’m sorry, I’m coming over from your other channel and I am loving this, but I do feel you need a third channel called “From Chavs to Riches” where you showcase people who start in these gorgeous caravans and move to a Princess 75. Just a thought, you could be the new Robyn Leach.
Hi Nick, we work with Carthago and Malibu in the UK and wondered if you would like to review some other Carthago and Malibu motorhomes and camper vans? Please get in touch if you're interested.
It was really nice, but being 6 foot five I was wondering if there would be enough leg space when you’re sat on the toilet. maybe sometime if you feel like it, you could put this toilet lid down. and sit on it so you know how much legroom you have in the cubicle, but if you don’t want to just don’t thank you.
nick, during one of these tours would you kindly explain how a cassette toilet works...i dont quite get it. is it essentially just a cat box for people? lovely vehicle but those bins will be annoying to use. and you never use a 12 inch skillet on that hob at the same time as you are warming something in a pot. the eyes are too close together to be practical. much better to have two eyes further apart. love these when they have a split head. makes excellent sense. the other thing i have questiona about is the bedding. are there custom sheets you must buy only from them to fit the unusual shaped beds??
What a very strange take! So if you park a £100K Porsche in a car park with £2,000 Vauxhalls in, that somehow diminishes the experience for you? How very judgemental of what other people have...
@@MOTAHOLIC Just my opinion. We all judge. I judge you as a nice person even though I seem to have ruffled your feathers. Sorry about that. I'd have more fun in Smuggler's Blues 2 than in a super yacht as I don't play by the more is better mantra. It's all about having fun at the end of the day. If a £248 000 motorhome makes the owner happy, then it's a good deal for a multi millionaire who likes to be the fancy pants on the campsite! Thanks for replying. Love your YT channels
Feathers not remotely ruffled, just genuinely staggered that someone could think that there’s no point having a high end motorhome because there will be poorer people with cheaper vehicles in the vicinity. But hey, whatever. 🙂
@@MOTAHOLICOnce you add the extras it’ll be closer to 300k. And certainly all the various Cathargo owners I’ve met and that are in the group aren’t multi-millionaires any more than we are, it’s all about how you choose to spend your disposable income. The absolute joy of camping is we can be parked up beside a 25yo caravan, a micro camper, etc and everybody gets along and conversations occur about different sites, local attractions etc it’s such a leveller apart from the rare odd individual who thinks we just get handed beautiful machines and not the fact I worked 70 hours a week for decades inc every holiday, to be able to afford nice things later in life. The challenge with the 8.6 m in the U.K. is you are restricted on certain sites and choice of pitches as most max out at 8m. Great review
@@celtic-audiophile Totally agree. It's exactly the same in the boating world, no one cares what the price of the boats around them are, and many of the people with the seven figure boats started off with five figure boats anyway. Agree about the size, my guess is that many people buying these will be looking to tour Europe or use them for things like motor racing support vehicles.
Nice , but not for the UK , no oven and habitation door on the offside , the TV in the bedroom would annoy me as looks like it gets in the way , can't have everything I guess
I doubt the market for this is people just holidaying around the UK, definitely for longer distance European trips. The fact there isn't an oven shows they really aren't thinking about us :)
I appreciate that quite a few motorhomes like this do not have ovens / grills which are quite standard fitments in the UK, but a review which does not even mention the fact that this vehicle has no cooking facilities is a very poor review indeed!
Like far too many motorhomes it is obvious to me, with nearly 30 years motorhome experience, that this is design over substance; for example a TV in the lounge only two, maximum three, people could get a comfortable view of, a toilet with no wash basin (yuk! My personal hate), no room to sit up in rear bed as cabinets in the way. At this price I would expect an electric drop bed operation. Lots of showroom glitz, which seems like normal Cathargo! I don’t mean to appear churlish but just so much is wrong.
It's lovely, but I went off it when I saw the totally inept kitchen. No oven, not even a microwave to heat convenience meals up in. I'd rather have just one television set and an oven if it was a matter of finances. Was there a cutlery draw there? Perhaps it was designed by a clean male who likes a nice bathroom and who also loves watching TV, but doesn't have a clue about cooking! Clearly the large fridge was only planned for holding beer and wine in it rather than food, given that there's no real way of cooking other than just a cooking hob.
Many of the european MH’s don’t have ovens and it’s easy to add a microwave above the fridge which many use. TBH Cathago at that price new, can adapt the van to what you need. First world problems really? Fascinating you focus on the men and there problems, perhaps it might have been a lady? 😉🤣
My favourite manufacturer but need to live in it full time and sell the house if you want one unless you’re loaded 💵💰
I wish I was rich! It's absolutely gorgeous. I love the seating area 👍👍
you should do a video, having a night in one of the motorhomes, cooking sleeping , driving ect
Great video, Nick. Might be one of my favorite’s that you have done! Love the use of space and the design colors. Have a great weekend!
6.26 Nick is bottle storage not cup holds , funny made me laugh , great video again

Where do you wash hands after poop?
Fantastic presentation Nick. Lovely MH l. I need to add my pennies. 👍🏼
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂

great layout, especially the curves of the kitchen cabinetry
The manual bed part is like a dream.❤

Beautiful motorhome and excellent video nick 👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
Very nice. Thank you.
The curves in the kitchen look great. Angled drawers are still freaky though.
This is a beautiful motorhome! I wish they sold these in the US!😊
Cracking review mate, a well laid out vehicle. Missed an opportunity for an epic mirror wave at 10:08 tho!
Was thinking the same thing not seen a mobilehome mirror wave lol

So it’s this or a 2/3 bed house! 🤯
Great tour as always 👍
And. No one will ever choose ‘or’.
I can see why you taking with that one it's amazing
Sliding doors also got tall mirrors for dressing. A very impressive bathroom.
Thank you again Nick 👊😎
No problem 👍
Hi motaholic that was an amazing motor home love ❤️ all the amazing gadgets on this moter home David 👌🇬🇧❤️👍

Nice Nick! very clever with the storage options!
Lucky enough to own and spend 90 per cent of the year in it we have the island bed version and I have to say it is without any doubt amazing 👍
The garage is bigger than most crew cabins on Aquaholic. I think this is one of the nicest I've seen on the channel.
🙂 Very very nice 🙂
Hi I’ve subscribed here aswell as your boat one Mr Like So lol. Love your videos.
Welcome aboard! 😃
Stunning, truly stunning
Gracias. Excelente presentaciòn. Extraño a Mariana❤

Nice design, sensible layout not too busy being clever for the sake of it.
I enjoyed watching the Video Review. Looks very nice 😊

Lovely motorhome nick
It’s a nice comfortable looking vehicle, however, for £250K you’d perhaps expect an oven???

Great video again. Big money!
Most amazing part was fridge doors open either side 😂

Can buy a house with that kind of money and the house will accrue in value where as this won't!
No one will ever buy one of these instead of a house… 🙂
I love this one!
Find a campervan whit a decent kitchen size. It seems a space they save on! Countertop to work and good space fir pots and pans.
It is a mini yacht for the road
"Fantastic" that nick 😀👍
Like my mother used to say “ I wish I was born rich instead of beautiful “
Only a quarter of a million quid... an absolute bargain!!😂 Still in the same campsites as 30 grand used VW's, though!
What a very strange take! So if you park a £100K Porsche in a car park with £2,000 Vauxhalls in, that somehow diminishes the experience for you? How very judgemental of what other people have...

It’s the same price as my grade 2 listed cottage 😮
Great video. Explanation of the Dash would have been nice.
the finishes are giving yatch. the sleek look enhances the interior
no oven no microwave. its nice but its a no for me.. Thank you Nick.
🤣 Nick doing grown-up things? Fantastic! 🤣 🍷
It would be good if you actually got into the showers in motorhomes to show the actual space.
Everything skips shower size and practicality
Nice , but not for the UK , no oven and habitation door on the offside , the TV in the bedroom would annoy me as looks like it gets in the way , can't have everything I guess

Any musicians hearing that tv moving up and down? 5:10
where is the oven
hope the steps deploy faster than that in real life not worth having if you have to wait in the rain to get in
No crew cabin on this one? 😉
How long?
Oturma dizaynı ferah ve mükemmel ergonomik..🧿👑The seating design is spacious and perfectly ergonomic.
Stunning, but way out of many people's price range.
No oven?
Does it have aircon

Seems to be a lot unsold, at a quarter of a million I'm not surprised....
It's not 4800kgs, that the Fiat chassis. It's either 5800kgs or 6700kgs for the Iveco.
Was shouting
Mirror Wave
M I R R O R
My 4 bed house was £50k cheaper admittedly can’t take it anywhere. But wow.
Possibly a very silly comment, but the wheels look tiny..
When are you going to start reviewing furniture stores as you like lighting and opening draws and cupboards so much
💛💙

No oven. That's poor IMHO for a vehicle at this price point.
Lovely, but not for the normal motorhomer

Such vehicles are very expensive in Türkiye. 💸1 İngiliz Sterlin is.. 40,46 TL..😢

a quarter million.. Oof
Land yaught
First!
YES!! 🏁
Unbelievable. The housing crisis of the century and they sell tiny-ass RVs for the price you get a 2 family house including garden.
brand new table all scratched. WTF. new one please. Oh, just realised shower is also scratched. What a weird design. Rediculous.
Very good! 😄
Sorry to say but if it were half the price it would still be overpriced, at Quarter of a million somebody is having a laugh.
Clearly you aren’t in the real world.
No oven, you need an air fryer. Sad when you are attracted by lighting most of all. Or pathetic,
The steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car so...I'm not buying that. Is ugly.😈
so when 2 of your chums go bed
you loose your lounge 😂😂😂😂
pointless
