I've been watching blindbox/bag unboxings for a while now, and I have literally never seen someone pull a BOOTLEG figure out of a TOTALLY DIFFERENT BOX. That's wild.
I liked your previous setup, but this setup is the BEST. I love seeing all the figures up close, and this setup makes it more easy to focus on the figures. I think it’ll be great if you make shorts with the previous setup!
Yeah this set up is easiest for me too and I can really focus on the unboxing and enjoy it 🥰 and yeah I think the other set up would be perfect for shorts!!
I try to avoid purchasing blinds from Amazon for this very reason. Returns that appear new get mixed up with the rest of the inventory at Amazon facilities. The problem with that is you have these sneaky people who open items, swap out the contents for junk, and then reseal it so they can return it for a refund. I've seen people open stuff just to find, not even a bootleg, but actual rocks inside. So to be safe I order directly from Pop Mart or one of their trusted retailers like Strangecat Toys, Myplasticheart, Mindzai, Kouhigh Toys, etc.
Yeah I’ve ordered quite a bit from their Amazon store front and this is the first time it happened. Luckily their return policy is great 😂 I usually only order from their amazon store if I need it fast for a video like this week lol
I’ve had that happen with Amazon return blind boxes twice! Except for me the person who returned it just left the empty bag in it both times. It’s so frustrating and heartbreaking to be excited to open something that day only to have that happen. I wish Amazon wouldn’t allow returns on the blind boxes. I’m sorry it happened to you too.
That’s horrible! Yeah blind box returns should not be resold… I was able to get a replacement but it’s still a hassle to have to drop off the other one off at ups.
Woo hoo! No dupes! Now you have to say it’s a no dupes challenge for every video, and then you’ll be in the clear! No stress over not being able to do the other video format style. It’s more important that you are not stressed and enjoying opening all the things! ❤ I think my fave in this one was the Azura, such a pretty figure!

Yeah LPN labels do signify it's a return item, I would think that it would be under the "like new" option when your buying the items, but other that that I love all the figures you got

yes amazon has this problem unfortunately, there was one who ordered 3 loong presents but got 3 that are already opened w no figures. amazon handles returns the worst
I ordered what I thought would be a pre-opened box for a character I really wanted. It came sealed but still was that character. And it was in it's untouched blind bag. I don't know how they managed that 🤔
I ordered a little single figure clear plastic case/box from Amazon and what arrived was a colored one covered in dust - melted candy and fingerprints… the packaging looked new! It wasn’t even an expensive item! Someone just took the time to scam Amazon… it was wild (and gross). So very sorry about your experience though :( that is heartbreaking

Maybe the skullpanda bootleg was from someone trying to scam popmart keeping the real figure, asking for a refund but returning a fake figure of similar weight? I have read about how it is a typical scam that people do to get free things taking advantage of the fact that amazon when you return something only checks if the weight is similar. I hope you get your money back because it sucks so much to get a bootleg😞
