But she is an absolute warrior and she isn't afraid of a fight, so I have no doubt that with the right people behind her, she'll make a huge difference in the world. OMG I am in tears. When I volunteered in Cambodia the rescue centre was there due to the strength of one woman. This reminds me of that situation. Donated and would love to volunteer in the future.

As a Scuba diver i really appreciated their support in helping Seher's efforts to protect turtles and provide her with more personal shelter. Brilliant stuff! I guess part of the work is to have that beach listed, registered, recognised along with the others along the coast. How much resistance do the big resort developers throw in the way? Anyway, the message surely is this: one person really can make a difference. 👏
Yes, exactly this. Unfortunately the beach is earmarked for 12 restaurants right where the centre stands, and there are about 8 mega-hotels just a mile up the beach from the centre too. So there is probably a reason this beach has remained unrecognised for so long. Being a single Turkish women, many officials don't take Seher seriously too. But getting the nests officially analysed and the beach designated is the main objective. But yes, the difference one person can make is truly amazing. It's really inspiring to be around people like that! 💛

I saw the video chris and mariann made. I cried then. Now you make one to. And I am crying again. There is kindness in the world I have been to that beach. In 95 I worked in Turkey as a pamukkale guide. (I am norwegian) I remember seeing turtles in the river there. What tread the globe did was fantastic. Marians words about the angel made me cry again all over. Thank you for showing uss all this.

I saw the video chris and mariann made. I cried then. Now you make one to. And I am crying again. There is kindness in the world I have been to that beach. In 95 I worked in Turkey as a pamukkale guide. (I am norwegian) I remember seeing turtles in the river there. What tread the globe did was fantastic. Marians words about the angel made me cry again all over. Thank you for showing uss all this.
