You can also just dodge 2 baba boulders on the second phase of Baba (last skull skip). Count boulders that land on the ground, after skulls have been placed, this is how you never get hit when doing solo
Thank you for the guide. Really appreciate how easy it is to understand, and the visuals are great. If you don't mind me asking, is there any chance I could have a screenshot of your runelite graphics settings? I really like the lighting specifically. The skulls are so bright and vibrant as is the warden, very cool visuals. I play with 117HD max settings, but it doesn't have the same visuals. Appreciate your time.
only insanity, as you only have 10 ticks to either clear the skulls or skip on that exact 10th tick. Without insanity you have much more time, which means the timing will be off.
@@henrychen253 when the hp bar of the skulls show up, they will explode in 10 ticks. the walking is just to get a reliable timing and it dodges every baba boulder. so the important thing is that you are on the skullskip line on tick 10 then run over the wave on tick 11 (like you do on the other 3 skips). so as in the video; walk from center to 2 tiles outside skullskip line, then sprint back will give you that timing.
yep! start walking from the center to two tiles out of the 3 other "normal" skull skips. once your true tile is there; click on the other side of the room. ba-ba boulders will never hit you on the way back. it is tick perfect and since you leave all the skulls alive, it will one shot you if you miss the timing.
The way I do it, there's like a 95% chance I feel like that baba will time both the boulders perfectly but I stand next to the side, wait for his 2nd boulder and then spam click middle to run like normal. If another way works tho then that's awesome.
@@thedenizenkiller5027 when i do the walk method here, i always see baba boulders on the same two tiles. so yea they are in sync with the skulls and the skullskip is always 4 or 6 ticks after a boulder. what this method does is just make it brainless and you can easily swap zebak prayers while chilling on your way to the edge. (instead of counting and spamclicking skulls untill it finally pops) another easy "non spamclick" method is to just wait for the skulls to explode then run. you have 1 tick to run which is plenty, but you have to stay sharp. (thats how i do it in teams) To each their own i guess ;)
@@Beikenost yeah exactly! If it works for others then that's great, for me personally it's just muscle memory to spam the skulls all the time after dodging the initial boulders / waiting a second. Worst case scenario if I have to tank a boulder then I'll yellow keris if I don't have any heals.
I always did it the way you showed (first 3 phases) for all 4 skull phases, but recently I pushed to 400s and now I keep dying on the 4th skull phase. I don’t know why. I’m going to give your method a shot. You Ctrl click to walk outside the skulls then you regular click/run to the other side of the room right? Also this works with shadow too right (instead of bowfa)?
you are not red clicking anything on the last one, so you can use anything (including melee). and yes, the way you explained the walking and running is correct.
you get points for the damage YOU do. if you kill all the skulls; the skulls will fly into the boss and deal massive damage which is points nobody is getting.
@@ryanfisher917 osrs is a deterministic game. same inputs will always give same results and the boss fight is choreographed down to the tick. i cant really tell you where you go wrong without having a clip of your attempt. alternatively, you could also do it like the other skips; where you stand and spam click on the sides, but move everytime you see a boulder, then go back to spamclicking. I personally dont like that because i might not spamclick the skulls in time after moving.
as someone who just started insanity, i'm happy to say ur guide made it absolutely brainless for me to get it first try and finish my first 400 invo.

or just tank the second boulder if youre scared. can take chaos after 2nd room to compensate lack of pots from dmg
Thanks man been struggling with the last set of skulls because my ticks are not perfect but you made it easy for me
Incredible vid, can't thank you enough for simplifying it like this
Nice just did my first skull skips because of your guide. Thanks man
I just tank the boudler on the last one. Usually have louds if supplies still at 420 invo

Are you the beikenost from valiance streaming?
Im curious does the last one still work without insanity on or it’s just work in insanity

How are you walking to the left then running right when it looks like your run is activated the whole time on last skull phase?
there is a setting called: "Ctrl+click to invert run mode" in normal runescape settings (not runelite)
@@Beikenost is there a specific tile you gotta walk to?

So you don’t even have to click the skull on the last phase to skip them? Just run when two tiles away from marked?

I recommend just doing the same strat as #3, just wait for one more boulder, lot easier than learning a different strat for just one of the skips
@@burntfish123 not the guy you replied to but just wanted to say ty for the recommendation
Does it matter which skull you spam click?
as long as your weapon has the range for it; any will work. just spam one of the closer ones and you wont be dragged out.
skull can not be adjacent to you
why tho? its easy to kill all the skulls
you get points for the damage YOU do.
if you kill all the skulls; the skulls will fly into the boss and deal massive damage which is points nobody is getting.
This does not work 100% of the time man. ive done it exactly step for step. is theyre another way?
talking about the 4th skulls

it does work 100% of the time, it just means your timing is off
