  • BEAN - Green bean stew that the household loves. A simple recipe
    Everyone loves our green bean stew. Basic recipe for a super tasty and healthy lunch. This is the meat and fat free version. A lunch that even children like to eat. Be sure to try it.
    INGREDIENTS :
    pods
    onion
    carrot
    parsley root
    parsley
    potato
    tomato puree
    1 spoon of flour
    RECIPE:
    ✅ Fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add carrot and celery root and fry everything together for a few more minutes. In order for the vegetables to soften as much as possible, add 50 ml of water and sauté briefly. Add some red pepper
    ✅ Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl, along with one spoonful of tomato puree. Add 200 ml of water and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes
    ✅ Add green beans from the freezer and 300 ml of water. Cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes
    ✅ Season to taste and mix 1 tablespoon of flour and a little warm water and combine everything. This way our broth will get a nice texture
