My son died on 19th March 2023 near ata Abad lake Gulmit Ali Abad; I don't know the places, but a call from assistant commissioner confirmed his death; so my dear son returned in coffin all his friends and his luggage returned safely except my jewel

How is the condition of road from Manshera to Chilas ? I have a Honda City that I am planning to take to this trip.
How was the overall weather in Karimabad, Aliabad, Duikar and Passu ? Was it below -5 or -10 all the time ?
Are most hotels open and are they charging less than the seasonal rates ?
I shall be very grateful if you answer these as these would help me decide weather to go and enjoy Hunza or go to boring galiyaat region.
