Absolutely. Fan since 04 but they are rising fast now. Love seeing them getting the long overdue recognition and more popularity. They are absolute gents and true to themselves musically. Seeing them movi g up to or the top of some festival events makes me so happy🤘
Strange how even today a lot of people don’t know how “live” performances on most of these types of tv shows work. At least a band like The Darkness do their miming performances with a wink and a smile.
Damn, Justin used to rock some really cool guitars. I mean his Les Paul Customs are pretty sweet, but come on now, you just can't beat light up lighting bold inlays.
Justin is singing over the studio version. When he sings "give you my love, my love", the last time he doesn't sing it and you hear the studio vocals behind him.
David Schiedler It's so hard to tell simply because they really are that good live! Justin has an amazing voice, especially considering how much strain singing falsetto puts on the vocal cords. There's definitely double tracking on part of the song, as there is on the studio version. If they were faking it, it's most likely to be because of the programme's rules rather than the band not being up to it.
a great band that I feel deserves more recognition

So glad Frankie’s back with them!

That’s not miming. Listen to the recorded version. It’s clearly different. The backing vocals might be but Justin is singing his parts live.
You can see dan smiling at Justin when he stops miming for a second. Love these guys!

Isn't this just the studio recording with the audience overdubbed?
yep

David Schiedler Yes, the audience is just miming along to a studio recording of the audience.
Youre kinda right. You can hear lip syncing. It's both.
WoW very Brian May sounding
Umberto Smaila Yep. I saw Brian May join them on stage a few years ago. Amazing night!
Umberto Smaila I agree with you. Queen were one of Justin's influences.
I think of the darkness as the modern-day version of the Bay City rollers.
"NUITO, MUITO BOM"
where is richie stewart?
This is a good song. Did you all write this? Or is it a cover?
Original. What made you think it’s a cover?
Weird to watch Justin using an Ibanez guitar
"Performing"
I loved your old teeth Justin xxx
All-time favorite band, but… REALLY sounds like they are they playing to a track ??? 😾
This is supposed to look like an old "Top of the Pops" performance...lip sync and all
This looks lip synced as fuck
