block b to me is the pinnacle of kpop: weird, eccentric, does not take itself too seriously (especially when doing 'badass' concepts), great vocals, experimental production and vocal direction & yet very well produced AND members have creative input & produce their own stuff; like to me it does not get better than this & it pains me that new gen kpop fans don’t even know about block b

I seriously seriously miss this era of kpop so much. When I was in middle school this kind of music was the reason I got into Kpop. I just indulged in so much kpop. The songs were so good and what I would say is the definition of kpop from 2008-2016 and then specifically 2011-2014 which is my favorite time.
My personal favorite from them is Toy, you might want to check it out because it shows their versatility. Anyway, can you please also check out B.A.P? Some recommendations: 1004 (Angel), Honeymoon, Skydive, Warrior (debut song), or Gone (under the name Bang&Jung&Yoo&Moon because they no longer can use the group name)
