What helps me is focusing on my breath. What it feels like coming in and out of my body. Make sure throughout your day you're not breathing into your chest, breathe in to the bottom of your gut. Become super focused on daily tasks. Like if you are washing dishes, pay attention to how the water feels or how it sounds and collapse into that sound or feeling or how it looks. Humming helps. Like Ahhh or mmmm. And again, just pay attention to what that reverberation feels like in your body. Don't judge your thoughts or feelings. Just let them be and gently redirect yourself to your breathing. In the moment it helps to calm you down and Over a period of time, this helps put some space in between you and your thoughts and feelings. ❤️

They reported drones coming in from the ocean.. but no one thought of sending a plane out over the ocean to search for a ship? They stay airborne for 6 hours, but no one has been able to track them back to their base? If they can fly 60 mph, and stay up for 6 hours, that a 180 mile radius, and since they sometimes hover, and fly at slow speeds, that may be closer to 100 miles unless there is more than one base they use,, yet no one can find them?

What helps me is focusing on my breath. What it feels like coming in and out of my body. Make sure throughout your day you're not breathing into your chest, breathe in to the bottom of your gut. Become super focused on daily tasks. Like if you are washing dishes, pay attention to how the water feels or how it sounds and collapse into that sound or feeling or how it looks. Humming helps. Like Ahhh or mmmm. And again, just pay attention to what that reverberation feels like in your body. Don't judge your thoughts or feelings. Just let them be and gently redirect yourself to your breathing. In the moment it helps to calm you down and Over a period of time, this helps put some space in between you and your thoughts and feelings. ❤️
