@Asad uz zaman I have used fan regulator for maintaining the required temperature. If you have constant voltage and proper space you won't need a fan regulator. It's better if you have a W1209 temperature controller.

Do not remove any shell, leave them alone to hatch on their own. It sometimes takes a day to hatch out, they are absorbing the last nutrients from inside the shell !
