When wearing gloves you don’t do that as frequently thus far your hands are MORE dirty and hereby less safe. You’re not going to die! See it as an upgrade for your immune system 😉

Electrical Engineer would connect all parts with current and motors to central computer. Computer Engineer would design hardware for computer to control. Software Developer would write software that'd run on that hardware. Then Machinists would cut out all the parts and assemble them, Electricians would wire them. And you've got fully working machine. Cost of personnel would be minimal compared to cost of material and motors.
