Would you say carribean palm village resort is a decent resort? Me and my wife are planning to come there in December and I'm trying to pick a decent,clean resort.
Really like that your bringing Marlene along with your walks and encouraging her to participate. It's good to get a woman's perspective of things. Look forward to more. Next time, have her control the camera and do the narration. We still miss Aruba and consider it our home away from home.

It’s Sunday morning, just woke up, saw this video and watched it. Wow great thing to wake up to and watch especially when you haven’t been back to Aruba since the plandemic. All we do is dream about going back to Aruba so this is a good channel for us to enjoy. Thanks Hyro.

Local Store and La Funda are my faves!!! Both offer great pricing and good food.

Just left Aruba and highly enjoyed myself. It was my first time but I think it will be a yearly vacation spot. Watching your videos before I came ,made me more familiar with Aruba. Thanks for sharing 👍🏿

I've stayed at the Caribbean Palm Village Resort 3 out of the 6 times I've visited Aruba... awesome place to stay... every morning we did the same walk you just did and walked all the way to Eduardo's Beach Shack, ate and walked back before everyone else woke up... I was the one that recommended the Bavaria Restaurant and I hope you get a chance to try it... on one of the Aruba facebook pages a first time Aruba visitor asked for recommendations and Bavaria was mentioned a few times.
Good to know 🙂 Even though the things at Eduardo’s is a bit pricy but they are so good😅🙌🏼 and must be a pleasant walk in the morning. Will try the Bavaria at some point later this year.

Great walk, Noord has it all! I lived here in the late 90's and Boegoeroei! I walked this road many times to the beach! I remember the rumshop on the corner across from the police station! It was a real landmark.. too bad they tore that down. My favourite places are Bingo, awesome food for a reasonable price and excellent service, and the Local Store for a beer and a burger or wings, they have an impressive amount of different beers! I've always loved Noord and as you mentioned, it has it all! I never understood the rush they had to demolish that rumshop, so sad because it looked so unique almost at that old intersection (nowadays a roundabout). The Local Store is one of those places I go very often too. Thanks for the wishes bro, all the best to you too!
I 100% agree with you about the Local Store. It was the first place I had funchi (sp?) and was great. Same with the coffee place. We stay at the Palm Aruba condos (across from the gas station) and they were very nice and the price was good.
We are heading to the Riu the first week in August so hope to see you around!

Another great walk Hyro I believe that condo was called Palm Aruba condos that is where I was going to buy one put could not come to a agreement so we ended up buying at Gold Coast Aruba maybe do a walk in that area some day 🤔coming end of August too close deal hopefully we can run into each other

That was a nice walk. I was there in June but there was no construction then. I dinned at Bavaria which I usually do on every trip. Great German food at a great price and gracious owners. They treat you like family and have a long list of German Beers. I also dinned at Bingoes on that strip which I also enjoyed. Love the local eatery. I have to try Sultan, local store on next trip. Thanks for the video.

I stayed at the village a number of years ago, but it was half under renovation which it needed, it was a little off the beaten path for my family. But it was ok. Much more prefer palm beach high rise district. But I’d live anywhere on Aruba. I just love 💕 the country and its people.
I'm wondering how it looks like on the inside nowadays. I haven't been there in about +/- 10 years.

Hi Hyro - have been enjoying your videos - good to see what's new since last year. We're looking forward to our next trip this September. If the Roundabout is not completed by September, what's the best route to take to get to restaurants like Wacky's & Bingos. We stay at the low rise area & usually take that highway that runs past Super Foods. We'll be sure to wave if we spot you on one of your walks.
Thanks Joseph 🙂 You may still take that road and there are signs that lead you to the Wacky’s and Bingo’s. I’m hopeful the roundabout will be ready.

Hi Hyro great video as always,i was wondering if you could recommend a boutique type hotel to walk around palm beach area need for a few days was looking at Pauliness apartments looked nice ,always good to see you guys see ya soon.
Try Costa Esmeralda village. It's a beautiful little boutique with apartment style rooms and hotel style rooms. It's a 8 minute walk from palm beach. Kinda hidden off the main road. My wife and i have stayed there many of times.
Hello Ron, the Pauline certainly looks nice. I have been to the Costa Esmeralda that Joshua mentioned and it's very nice too! Other options in that area may be Palm Aruba Condos, Caribbean Palm Village and maybe King David Suites. Remember to read the reviews etc. to make sure that these places are doing a good job lately, good luck!

What about alcohol in aruba? Any locally made liquor? Is hennessy white sold in aruba? Is AirBnB safe in aruba?
Can't answer your liquor? beer drinker only. but we have been to Aruba 8 times since 2019 always renting a AirBnB or VRBO(Noord-West Punt area) and Never had any problems.Alot more laid back than the High Rise area but close enough to visit. Defiantly recommend a rental car.

Swing by the arubian taste. He blends his own unique rums. The owner is extremely friendly and will talk your ear off. You'll be there for hours. And you also get to try all 30 types of rums before you buy. He always lets my try a second and third time. I come out drunk but I buy a lot of rum. Great sales strategy. Haha 😄 🤣
Super foods has a liquor store inside of it. You'll pay a small fortune though. Get your liquor before you leave the airport. You pay no taxes and it's a lot cheaper. Once you leave the doors of the airport you can't go back in to get it. So get beer, liquor, and tobacco before you leave the airport.
