@@macke18 mine were fine but I'd proceed with caution. All old files are stored elsewhere on the computer(another drive) and I thought they were lost for a moment...i also did this on another laptop and I didnt delete it like they said and it worked fine? As long as you have the space I think either option is okay? Be prepared for the worst though😔

dont delete any, just reistall in one of your drives, it isnt necessary to delete drives, if you want to keep them

becuase you are going to download windows 10 from microsoft, you need to have atleast 16gb on your usb pendrive, and you have to buy one bro, or you can borrow someones usb and give it to them when finished, make sure to borrow an empty pendrive :)

I'm trying to follow this tutorial. On the page that says, "Where do you want to install Windows?" I have four Drive 0s - Drive 0 Partition 1: System - Drive 0 Partition 2 MSR (Reserved) - Drive 0 Partition 3: Windows Primary - Drive 0 Partition 4 Recovery. Can you tell me what to do on this screen? if I delete all four Drive 0s, will there be an unallocated drive 0 left where I install windows? Just want to make sure before proceding. See the pinned comment, do not delete your drive which has files on it, or simply just do not delete any drives and proceed with the installation

No, click on c drive and install, it wont erase, select custom installation, it will reinstall windows only and your personal files would be safe

its just the windows drive which will be overwritten :) the other drives will be be safe as it was :)

Can we remove this error by replacing harddisk, Motherboard or any other pleasehelp.
Its better to just reinstall the windows using bpotable pendrive as shown in the video, to get back your files. But if you want to replace harddisk thats fine, but make sure you got windows in it to install

The file is not supposed to open, insert the pendrive and select to install in the pendrive. And connect that pendrive to the laptop that faced the problem

you have to press f9 or f10 or f1 to get into the boot menu, and then select your usb

Not at all bro, If you install windows in the drive where the old windows is(usually in the c drive), you would just overwrite windows and that’s all! Your files are all restored, they would all be found in the windows.old folder :)

This is the process in reformatting and reinstalling a new copy of Windows, not a fix to the said issue. Yeah sure, files wont be deleted but all softwares need to be reinstalled. Need a better solution on this like the cmd process of "net user admin /active" but that doesnt work on me as well.

Some other solution without needing installing again windows ? I mean with installation dvd, you can run command prompt. May exist some command in which we can fix this issue instead to need to install again windows ?
Finally I fixed it with below command. I go in cmd via dvd installation (in here you don't face f issue). And run as command "bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled Yes", this will enable the automatic repair in startup and if you select advanced options and via Troubleshooting go in command prompt then operates normally. Also I faced this issue when I disabled the automatic repair by running "bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No" and when I enabled it again via cmd of windows installation dvd then the cmd worked again. I hope this solution to help you.

I couldnt use cmd coz I didnt have admin rights bro, but you can try cmd as well if you have admin rights, but I recommend you to reinstall windows, and I tod you that you wont lose any of your files bro, reinstalling windows every problem, just overwrites windows but never deletes your files, I am saving your money bro, other methods are not efficient bro, type a command will fix some problems but not all problems, reinstalling windows, will fix the whole problem, you wont lose any data, files, pictures everthing, everything will remain as it is, just custom install where windows is installed previously, most likely in the c drive, you will be fine, you wont lose any of your data I promise!

@Hydersun fearless By resetting the pc is not so easy fix such you say because you may not lose personal data like images, videos etc... but you lose all the installed apps which are time consuming to install all them from the beginning. My own solution (at least this worked for me) is also for those who haven't admin previlidges and can't run cmd or whatever other from troubleshooting menu and is to go in cmd from dvd installation which works properly and run the below command to enable the automatic repair "bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled Yes" .

yh but its a complicated process, because after you install on mobile, you have to flash into a pendrive, the easiest way is to just borrow anyone's laptop for sometime bro, and fix it :), and all your files will be safe :)

Some 211 GB labeled new volume and drive drive 0 position 2 with "MSR(reserved)" type. These weren't in the video please tell me was I supposed to delete all of these? *Dont* delete any of the drives and proceed to install in the c drive bro, you wont lose any of your games or files
Use the pendrive which has windows in it and insert to your pc and custim install it without deleting any of your other drives which have games, select the c drive and install windows on it, it would just reinstall windows files and all that but your files will be safe which will be located in the windows.old folder. After the installation, proceed to c drive, youll definetely see that folder, click on the folder, select user, you will find everything! :)

when you install the windows assistant, the problem is you can't run the file on a mac, due to the fact that its an exe file, which can only be ran by windows operating systems

:) dont worry, that's why I said to use someone's computer :), use someone's computer, plug in usb to that computer(not yours), download windows 10 install tool, then download into usb. @@mr.c.1433 yh it is because of the wrong shutting down, you remember when windows does updates, it says "Dont turn off your computer"? thats when you turn it off right there, it might happen,
sometimes if there is a bsod, and you turn it off, it happens like that, and so basically incorrect hard boot shutdown causes this, or sometimes its a different case, for eg. a virus

bro install windows 10 using the same website on mobile, connect your pendrive with your phone using an "usb otg cable". the cable is available in the market :). When you transfer it to your pendrive, done :) , you can follow my steps :)

Partition 1: SYSTEM
Partition 2
Partition 3: OS
Partition 4: Backup Files
Partition 5: RECOVERY

insert the pendrive to your pc and follow my steps, troubleshoot > then select your pendrive and done! youre booted into windows 10 installation. Now install exactly following my steps! coz you dont want to make a mistake there! Install windows where the OS partition is, and it will overwrite windows , that's all! Stay awesome ;)
@@sofialeonor2459 Make sure you install where the OS partition is, as you have mentioned, the OS partition is in Partition 3, so yh! Install it in that one, I promise you, you wont lose any of your files
