    All I can say is fabulous! This is an amazing example of showmanship and presentation, and I’d strive for an amazing display, too! It shows the customers just how much passion goes into your crafts!

    • @BourbonCreekCrafts
      @BourbonCreekCrafts  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Aw, thank you so much! I don't know that I've ever thought about it showing our passion, so that's a good point. I do know that we wanted to show our pride in our products (along with a quicker way to set up and tear down😁).

    I went to your booth a few years ago.
    I remember thinking about how in the world you got your shelves there 😂. They look heavy, even on wheels.

    • @BourbonCreekCrafts
      @BourbonCreekCrafts  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh cool! They can be heavy but generally roll easy. Much better than lugging in totes and shelves!😆

    Absolutely beautiful! My dad was a woodworker so whenever I see the work of another woodworker I have to “pet” it. A beautiful piece of wood to me is better than new jewelry. I’ve told many people if our house catches on fire it won’t be the jewelry box or the electronics I go after it will be the oak table with the original ball and claw feet that my mother restored, it was originally found on the porch of a farmhouse built in the 1800’s that my grandparents bought and by the time my mom got it was really nothing boards.
    Thank you for sharing. I so enjoy everything you do.

      Thanks! And thanks for sharing your story! My dad and grandpa were woodworkers as well. I have pieces from them that I cherish, so I totally understand what you mean!

    I love your display cabinets and shelves. I have a small home-based sign making business and do a lot of our local festivals. Although I like my display, I have been trying to figure out a new way of displaying and storing extra products at the shows. I would love to take some of your ideas for the cabinets and shelves (change it up a bit to fit my needs) and use them for my booth but I wanted to ask your permission. Does your husband have plans/instructions for the cabinets and shelves for sale? I would purchase them from you if he does. Thank you for the great idea---and I love your products!!

    • @BourbonCreekCrafts

      Thank you! You are welcome to use these designs/styles! My husband says he doesn't have any actual plans, just his sketches and measurements.

    • @donnamcguire7888
      @donnamcguire7888 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BourbonCreekCrafts is there any chance I could get the measurements? I'm trying to come up with a display to fit my 10 x 10 tent. Thanks!

    • @BourbonCreekCrafts
      @BourbonCreekCrafts  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Donna McGuire my husband said that he prettied up his design into more of a plan format if you are still interested in them. The carts are about 4 feet tall, 18 inches deep and about 8 feet tall once the top shelves are folded out. We can usually fit 4 of them in a 10x10 booth. We’ve not used them at an outdoor show with a tent, so you might have to adjust the height.

      I just found your channel today from a Facebook group for vendor displays. I am amazed by your booth set up. I know this video is years old but I am interested in the measurements and how you do the corner piece to hang pictures on connecting 2 of the displays.

      I’m so sorry for the delay in getting back to you! I kept forgetting to go pull the checkout stand out of storage to get pictures. If you can leave me your email, I can send you the pictures.

      Thanks! I do love being able to work with my husband! The sale was pretty slow. Not sure if it was the fact that there was pouring rain and sleet all day or if it was because it was Easter weekend (or both). 😕

    Love how you go vertical,using up less space. You must have to haul all that in a trailer, though, huh? Gorgeous

    • @BourbonCreekCrafts
      @BourbonCreekCrafts  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, we do have a trailer. 🙂 My husband made the shelf units so that the tops fold down, though. That makes them pretty easy to transport!

    Love those shelving units! Are those cabinets on the bottom, and do you put all of your products in there to transport them into the craft show? I would love to see a video about these, that shows how they fold down, as mentioned in another comment, and how you move everything into the show area.

    • @BourbonCreekCrafts
      @BourbonCreekCrafts  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      JulesM Thanks! Yes, there is storage on the bottom! And that has been awesome for setting up and tearing down! We store everything in the lower part of the cabinets during transport and we can store boxes and extra product there during the show. The tops of the shelves fold down also, so that makes moving them pretty easy. I will try to do a video on our setup this fall when we do our next show.

      Thanks! Yes, I would like to do one of those videos. This show was very slow, though, so I will probably wait for the good fall/winter shows.
