    It’s so crazy how much CONTENT his team is pumping out every day. And how much content Gary has. Every word is worthy of its own video haha

      Gary's prolific content schedule is predicated on the fact that he has a ton of long form content documented from just living his life- keynotes, interviews, podcasts, etc. Then Gary pays a team to chop those longer pieces into smaller, contextual stand alone clips, blogs, or memes. It is crazy smart!

      yeah, imagine all the data centres hosting this useless shit. all the model being trained on content like this - to recommend more, to get more of it, more likes, more impressions. and that's not a nautilus or bbc video, not something prepared by fresco's team. we are fucking doomed

    I love how he contradicts himself by saying " I am content with life, but I am hungry" and I agree with him 100% Being grateful where you are today is important but not having ambition for your future is a huge mistake.

    This one really hit home for me. It hurts when the negativity comes from the closest ones. But you have to be aware of that and change it, cause if you dont it'll consume you and you'll become one of them.

    My best friend was falsely accused of something he didn’t do (probably the worst thing you can be accused of) and committed suicide due to that. It was international news and he was the brother I never had. Within six months, I got screwed by my senior Capstone group and had to do a four person project by myself. I was so burnt out afterward that I slept for the better part of three months when I didn’t have pet sitting clients (one of how many bridge jobs/side hustles). I HAD to go off the radar to take care of myself both times. Combined, it was about six months. My coaching biz took a MAJOR hit and I’m still getting back on track. Sometimes, work isn’t the most important thing. Great to see you bringing attention to this.

    Gary, I started my self help stuff when I was younger with things like at the time were important, ya know getting girls, getting money, excelling in life career wise. Eventually I moved on and got what I wanted and start branching out and learning that everything can be utilized for some value and it's been an amazing journey. I've enjoyed all the videos I've watched of you although I disagree on some (lol!) and would be cool to pick your brain about things. Hope you continue on your journey and are happy everyday doing what you love. I know you said you're not a self help guy but apart from all the amazing business I've learned from you, that kind of stuff was the best free content you've delivered.

    I've always been kind of a "Mary Sunshine" for others & not acknowledging my own pain. I have great Empathy for life & people because of it though. Finding my happy came from. finally accepting that hurt & realizing that I deserved to have joy in the life I have in spite of it. Don't care of judgement of living my truth & sharing it anymore. Walking away from the negative allows me to live in the positive not just portray it.

    I’ve always surrendered myself with my own energy and always had extremely different and deep views which has made me uncomfortable sharing my views because I’ve never really expressed them unless i have been asked. And I’ve never really had a lot of friends and moved a lot so it’s hard for me to make connections with people. But I’ve grown up to enjoy my own company. The problem I’m having now is coming out of my shell and breaking that barrier. I’ve been creating content and decided to start this journey a year ago. I just want to bring more to my social media like my perspective on life as a 23 year old (I’ve had a crazy life) and my values and morals but like I said I’ve never shared that before and don’t have good social skills so I guess I just don’t know how to start the conversation

    • @kaaiwilliams3629
      @kaaiwilliams3629 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lol, honestly whatever feels right for you . Some people find it easier to go balls deep from the get, others enjoy taking the slower route. I used to have a hard time expressing myself and who I was to others: I just started with telling one person I really trusted, and when that worked out I went on and told more people

    Cant agree more about the ads Gary! My only comment is we need to keep pharma out of ads, they ruin them and have to much money to throw around. Granted the targeting technology is amazing so it will be harder for them, but really who doesnt talk about health in some regard?! End up targeted for it by pharma with their negative depressive commercials/ads. As for right now tho, with FB and IG targeting system, it's awesome seeing a post that you wouldnt even think is an ad cuz it's so relevant to u and the person took effort to make good content and value.

    "Confidence is arrogance under control"
    -Walter Bond
    Know the difference. Understand the difference. If you don't know don't comment or talk about it. Example: If your in the position of managing people you don't stick your chest out after punishing your subordinates. That's arrogance. If you walk out of the tunnel confident in your preparation, that's confidence. If you walk into the broadcast room confident in your preparation, that's confidence. Build self esteem and confidence, humble arrogance. Don't involve yourself in doing either if you don't know the difference.

    “How much of our behavior is predicated on other people’s judgment” I believe our generation is wrapped up around persona and materialistic things which contributes to the low self esteem and low self love we have as a whole. There is no right, it’s only right for you. There isn’t a need to front and stunt like everything’s great when it’s not. Lesson learned. Thanks uncle Gary💯

    What I can't stand is companies that FAKE like they give a rip. Also like my ex who fakes like he's super dad but has his mom do 50% or more of the work with OUR kid. Not listening to our child's needs or giving any credit to me (Mom) he makes it like he gave birth to her & breast fed her for 10 mos. All by himself?! Plhhhbbb. Major smear campaign & teaching kid disrespectful behavior. Not making her accountable either.
