    It's a rare win for a European and, also, a rare final that didn't have a Chinese finalist. A Vietnamese for a finalist is special, too.

      mia definitely can’t win any open in S300 facing chinese player. i’ve never seen mia beat chinese players in R32.

      or a Japanese? or a Korean w/c is the no. 1 player now

      @@doods20fer41 mia isn’t the player what you expected. top players didnt compete that’s why she won GO facing Nguyen. i don’t think she can beat an asian player in R32 - R16. she mostly flop in R32. i’m not criticizing european players infact they’re still far behind the asians.

      We need more China players winning matches so that anti-China people will squirm.

    nguyen played 2gruelling wins over Intanon in QF n SF against Kim Ga Eun. all viewers can see she’s too tired to play that’s why she’s played a normal game losing in 2easy games. still she deserved all the praise after winning the QF/SF. hope nguyen will level the score when they meet very soon.

    Do we have another Marin in the works?

      She's not as fast or consistent as Marin, but hopefully she can continue to improve.

    blichfeldt played well. luck all her side especially those over net court that upset thuy linh. seems like thuy linh abit tired after her gruelling win over kim ga eun. in fact she make too much errors.

    No coach for Nguyen during the finals despite having one up until now

      @@jeffbrower8773 I’m just wondering if the coach is danish …. So didn’t want to be in a conflict of interest or the appearance of conflict of interest. You can see from Nguyen’s previous matches that they have a good relationship together and the coach helped Nguyen battle back against Kim in the semifinals

      as i watched her played for years she absolutely cant surpassed the S500. honestly, even if she played to her mark nguyen still lose that’s my view of the finals. i’m sure mia can’t win a championship facing players like to name afew…. aya ohori, nozomi okuhara, mariska tunjung etc. i think i don’t have to mentioned chinese players. i’ve never watch mia beat a single chinese player so the highest level is S300. anyway still congratulate mia for a title in 5years.

    What is it with european players, they use mind game tactics to unsettle the opponent, not to mention shouts everytime they win a point 🤔🙄

      Did she get yellow-carded? If not.....ssshhhh. Or try to notice EXACTLY the same tactics AND WORSE from the chicoms, including ongoing routine match-fixing.

    • @chrisang3774
      @chrisang3774 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      if mia opponent is Intanon or Kim which nguyen beat them in QF n SF then it wouldn’t be a one side affair. as u should know nguyen played to gruelling matches to the finals is very tiring at all. as you’ve watch nguyen simply lose in 2sets.
