Be positive and focused on your mission. Well said by you there are two sides of the coins. Never judge and take immediate decisions. For making successful any task/mission or journey. We need to be disciplined and have good coordination amongst. When things are not working accordingly, it's good to give them space. We should respect each other's feelings and emotions.
