I like that this is over 10 days, it takes more than one video at one time to change mindsets

I didn't expect to receive a life lesson in an ID chanel. But you nailed it Tim. This is the kind of motivational speech that I need in my career transition. Thanks

The dots visualization got me... it's so easy to say you've got time... and you don't!

Same! Once I did the math, I was shocked at how few dots you have left for you!

Thank you, Tim! I couldn't have needed this pep talk more than I do now. It's so easy to get inside your own brain and not feel as confident as we should. I appreciate you taking the time to remind us in your own amazing way how we need to be confident and use intentionality, urgency, and accountability to make 2025 our year of getting sh*t done! Cheers to everyone trying to make headway on their career journey this year.

Accountability and more. It is so easy to get excited at beginning of a project or goal, and then not finish when you lose momentum when you get discouraged or when it takes more time than you anticipated or whatever other reason. Thanks for the reminder about accountability. All about ME. 🙃🙂

I know the feeling! It's easy to get stuck in the slump of inertia...but you just gotta get up and start doing the work to find your momentum once again.
