Well, for my opinion, I actually really don't care what happened to the result of DJ Mag. I'm very sad too when my favourite DJ Producer Martin Garrix is not the 1st and Hardwell going down to 12th. But the places doesn't matter, because everyone are making the great music. Both of them are actually work so hard too so they deserved it. If you remember DJ L, DJ L was even worse and not deserved to get in the DJ Mag. So when I think about it, they deserved it👏👏👏

A dj (disc jockey) is above all a performer, dvlm were the best performers in 2019 and Martin Garrix does almost nothing in these pieces, a ghostproducer does most of the work and the collab chooses the synths and the rhythm.
I think that martin is my favourite producer even though I prefer the old version of him. Totally different opinion if we talk about mixing. Even though he involves the crowds much more than vegas and mike I think that they are the best djs for the moment, the quality of their mixes is amazing and the attention for the particulars is wonderful. I would listen more carefully to their mixes and compare them with martin's ones! In my opinion his mashes are really "brutal" and, considering that djs role is to create fluid mashups between songs, there are a lot of young talents better than him. That's my opinion

Wtf Martin didnt produce shit for them, they had apologized for their 2015 campaign even though they were 2 out of so many DJs that did marketing like this. One cannot buy votes there either.
Just get over the fact that Martin might have a bigger fanbase, but more in the mainstream genre. DVLM fans are more active in votings and therefore get the majority. The list is neither corrupt nor unfair, you are just not mature enough to accept that your favourite is below them. No need to hate DVLM, they did great work and deserve to be the Number one.

And as they tried out other things, ofc many of their releases failed, but they also managed to establish new classics like Higher Place or Complicated. I appreciate them for trying to find their way. And some of the new songs are even better than their style in 2014

I like Dimi & Limi, and Martijn may or may not be in my top 3 (of producers, not live DJ's). But that doesn't matter, the DJ Mag Top 100 is an easy promotion chance, and anyone not taking that free PR is either really disciplined at personal values, or disregarding the amount of publicity DJ Mag 100 can bring you. Both of which I can fully get behind.
There's no list to rank all DJ's worldwide, there simply isn't. But I do like the format of response the EDM community gives these kinds of competitions.
I don't approve of the methods my some lables/DJ's/groups, but I somewhat respect the ranking that comes forth from the contest. It shows what you can achieve with a good PR management, advertising and promo staff.

Well,when im home alone or in smaller local clubs I also love to hear tech house the most.But when youre on a big festival with thousands of people big room and the drops of dv&lm is what i prefer.And I think a lot of people feel the same.But everbody got their own taste.

Yes, love seeing people over here complaining about the top results, DV&LM have such an amazing live performance and their shows are truly crazy, people have so much fun and that's what really matter at all. This year I saw Martin Garrix and DV&LM both live and I have to say I had much more fun with them because the interaction with the crowd and their nice drops. Stop the negativisim and enjoy pls :)
