street stock sure changed a lot from when I used to go watch as a kid in the 80's
Waiting for them to spill it that Jonathan and Jesse caught covid... they wouldn't miss this much racing for any reason or other sickness I'd wager .. if that's the case hoping for continued recovery for both of them and a quick return

@@jameshollis1478 each person gets affected different. I had and was knocked out for 5 days solid with extreme muscle/joint pain and fatigue. Took me a good two weeks to get back to “normal”, but I never lost taste or smell. Friends who have had it lost taste/smell but were able to get back at it in 4 days. Big thing is just listen to your body and not over do it.
This new strain no joke. I just came down with it yesterday, It sucksss.

I was at that race first time at Deep South Speedway and I got to see Joseph Joyner coming 4th in a street stock it was a great race. Good action there at Deep South. Joshua thank you so much for taking the time to shake my hand man I really appreciate that I know you were in a hurry to get back that meant a lot to me.. Go get them at whynot fellows!!.

Yeah I definitely would put Jesse’s 602 motor in that car.!! Because if you’re going to the Street Stock National’s you will definitely need more motor specially with over a 100+ car’s going to be there. Great job all ! It was good to see all of you together again on such a short notice (with the exception of Jonathan and Jesse of course). It was also great to see Bo once again - we need to see more of that lad ! I think a bit of setup work and an engine transplant would be in order as that engine appeared to be a bit short on ponies. July 31st this year went to my first ever dirt race for my bday(bday was Thursday race was saturday) and loved it
Theres no thinking ... that engine is getting pulled. Can already see it in Joe's face. The intimidators famous quote for crappy engine was "It's like stepping on a wet mushroom".

The paint job on this street stock is far easier to follow than the standard flat black HTF scheme that vanishes in the dust and race traffic. I’d appreciate a paint job that pops instead.

Dude I feel your pain I been basically by myself all season long. Taking any help I can get from time to time. Whatever has Jonathan and Jesse laid up I hope they get better really soon.
You can see Joseph catching them on the corners then being left for dead on the straight. The man knows the 602, it’s gotta be the engine.

Definitely put the motor in Jesse’s car in the street stock. They were pulling you down the straight aways where you mentioned that it felt like it hooked up and pulled. This weekend is a big race as y’all already know so I would definitely swap motors if I wanted a chance at passing some cars and/or running up front. But, y’all know what to do. Hopefully we will see y’all Thursday.

Joseph, I would check that whole front end of the car after the wreck when Chase Holland drove it that 1 lap before he got turned, something may still be out of wack with it, would be a good start for sure. And if you feel better with the HTF 1 engine then I would go with it then. Joshua thanks for taking us along and videoing for us.

Should have checked out Merritt Speedway in Merritt, MI this past weekend, late model feature winner took home $33,000, Rusty Schlenk won it. They hold this big event once a year, its called Wood Tick weekend, huge huge payouts every year

Yes I would put a fresher motor in for sure. Also the way he talked like the car was lose then tight I would check for chassis bind. If it seems like you can't adjust the tight lose out of it. I could be wrong but it looks like it is binding then unbinding not allowing smooth transition of weight transfer. Otherwise awesome job Joseph for a car that is not handling right and lacking motor!
High Roller Chassis looking hooked up, I don't think Jesse would mind loaning his motor for a big money event, hard to compete when your giving away horses. Awesome move to avoid that crash Joseph 👍
