- French fashion editor and former editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris Carine Roitfeld made a triumphant return to Paris Couture Week - and W magazine's cameras went along for the ride, following her to more than 20 fashion shows, to fittings with fashion designers from Jean Paul Gaultier to the reclusive Azzedine Alaïa, and, finally, to a two-day shoot with photographer Paolo Roversi.

What a fun behind the scenes style video. We all know she has privileges, being a former Vogue editor, but she seemed humble. LOVED the clothes. I thought she looked extra fantastic in Alaia, Chanel, JPG and Rick Owens... How lucky are those who wear these clothes for real...?

The most interesting people in fashion are editors, designers, make up artists, etc., not the models. They prove that what matters is inside beauty not perfect face features. Also they express themselves through fashion and show that they're NOT ugly!

I understand there is a politic in this industry...
Her accent in English annoys me so much... And I'm French! I even prefer Jean-Paul Gaultier's accent whereas in her case she has this "blaze" attitude when she talks, typically French but not to do when you speak English!

1st she's attempting to be sarcastic towards herself & in english. So it sounded bad & politically incorrect when what she was trying to be was funny while poking fun at herself as well as being surprised that she was actually a fit model's size/shape. For those not in the fashion world, fit models are not necessarily the same size/shape as the runway or print models Sample & one-off garments are not sized for the average woman -even a petite one She did sound like she was bragging after a while

Other than a fashion show, when and where would someone wear these outfits, especially the over-the-top ones? I'd love to see some of these people try to drive or make it through the subway in those get-ups.
She has all those "numbers" & contacts because she's was the editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris right before this was filmed. That's why it's called the Client because she's not shopping and looking at fashion for herself personally instead of just for the magazine. She was essentially the Frances' version of Anna Wintour so naturally she would know all these designers personally, have access to them & back stage at shows Did you notice she just walked right in to her seat & bags stage of the shows?
