So happy to see another new video from the beautiful couple once again. And today the two of you are harvesting jackfruits and longans to take home and store for later use. But first both had to go down the stream on the raft to get to the other side of the forest. The raft lookes a bit worn. Maybe the two of you can build a newer one that would have small seat for the two of you to sit and a canopy that would protect you from rain. Very smart to bring water to drink with you. Its been so hot everywhere lately. And the longans and the huge jackfruits that the two of you harvested look nice and fresh. And seeing the both of you eat and enjoy the fruits I know that it is delicious. Excellent work from the both of you. You have plenty to eat and enjoy for a while. Thank you for the wonderful video. Cook chop taro, cassava,sweet potatoes, ripe jackfruit sugar , coconut milk and small rounded glutinous rice flour. It’s so yummy you can also sell it per cup. We called it in the Philippines bilo bilo.

You can cook unripe jackfruit with Coconut milk as dish. You put garlic black pepper, hot chile fish sauce, vinegar and seasoning. Just remove the outer skin and chop it.

Jackfruit is one of m favorite fruit so sweet the fragrant is so exotic like Durian very strong smell but I don’t like durian.
