- This is a training video we made with help from students, trainers and extras. Its a fun video on what is expected from our students who ride the school bus. We had fun with this one, but its all about getting our kids to school and home safely ....

the bus I drive doesn't have seatbelts - the seats are designed to keep the students safe as long as they sit properly, which I do remind them of and stop if they don't.

I will say that it seems that Kyrene school district and Phoenix union district seem to really favor those Blue Bird Vision Coventional school buses

all our new busses have seat belts. Our new fleet is 2015 and newer.

When I was in summer school one time my bus driver who drove me since I was about 5 years old would nap before I would board one time she was so out cold I had to use my fists to bang on the glass to wake her up it worked every time in my senior year when I brought it up she said I remember vividly brings back memories of riding the school bus for 15 years as a student

I can't believe anyone would find this funny. It's actually quite dangerous. Anyone that has sat on a bus in any reasonable amount of time like I do with this behavior probably wouldn't find it as amusing. They need to have bus assistances on these busses to help control these situations, like they do in some counties.
Yeah right,. As my Supervisor once said before I left the bus company. The kids of today are not behaved like the kids of 10 yrs ago. I miss driving the big bus but not the children.

I made up a story about a kid sticking his head out the bus window and a big truck passed the bus knocking off his head and the state troopers found the kid's head in the ditch. I probably traumatized some kids oh well. It worked sometime...

each school deals with students who wont follow the rules their own way - usually 3 forms and ur off the bus, typically. that is up to each individual school BUT the driver shud start a "paper trail"
