johjohnson we've decided not to buy an RV and continue enjoying our boat instead. The rv market is so inflated it didn't make financial sense to us to purchase a unit after speaking with our insurance company about what they actually valued the units at that we where interested in.
If you know what Josh calls the sink covers that look like that you are a MVP lol Pokeball sink cover when i get a camper if it has that type of sink cover im so painting half of it red. lol
I like the changes they made to this layout, big fridge and full size shower. We just sold our 2015 wolf pup 17 rp for more money than we paid for it in 2015. People are overpaying for campers, crazy. I liked the fold up couch of the older model, not sure if can haul an ATV like we did with our 2015. A tip for this model is to use the front bunk for storage, we used totes there and the lip kept them in place and stored all our kitchen utensils, worked great. Also you should mention the built in wall vents, if traveling with gasoline in a machine, they should be open when traveling. Great review.

Would this work with a mid-size truck?? Everyone forgets the midsize trucks and its annoying because midsize trucks are becoming more popular than full sized trucks.
My ATV is 48 inches across, but wheel well cover cuts that space down to about 45 inches...is it possible to put a wheel ramp over it to extend it to over 48 inches and park the ATV on it? Thanks! (Looking at 2021 Patriot edition 18RJB)

Sweet. Hey, feedback for manufacturers...some of us aren't hauling 20 people. We have multiple dogs...dinettes are so dated/ rethink as a workspace...floorspace is desirable. Bathrooms don't need sinks (kitchen sinks work just fine.)...one last thought...introduce RV designers to the C-Table.

Are these block foam insulation with an aluminum frame? And what about the underbelly is it sealed and heated? Do they make a tandem axle version of this that’s just slightly bigger?
*Good Questions!* The black label series does not change the "skeletal" construction of the camper from the standard wolf pup from wood studding. The tanks on this are a bit too large to actually enclose the belly as well. The Grey Wolf series will be a bit bigger and has enclosed tanks. That over bed bunk really needs to just go all the way to the bathroom wall. That should help strengthen it and give the person using it enough space. to actually be comfortable, even if that person is just a kid, and it will mitigate the need for a safety rail. If that were done, a fold-down ladder could probably be mounted to that bed without being too in the way or perhaps another ladder design.
My thoughts exactly. We are actually picking up this exact model in about 5 weeks. One of my first projects is modifying the bunk to meet the bathroom wall. We have a 2 year old who will be using that bunk and I'd like to make it more functional and future proof as she grows.

Is there any option for enclosed/heated underbelly? Or at least the tanks? If not, is there any aftermarket way to do that? I get the impression there isn't, short of MacGyvering it, but would like to verify this. That is something that holds me back from seriously considering this model. It is in the small size I want with other things I want like, location of the door, the sink in the bathroom (even a quirky one like that) and the patio package. The lack of protection for tanks is a big turnoff. Am in the final shopping phase right now. It's time to pick the model & get to buying.
Pretty much any option available on this little camper is already shown in this video. Anything else would require some of that custom figuring. It's made to be small, towable, and to hit a specific price point. Fair question. I can’t really offer an answer on Cherokee’s Behalf but suspect it has something to do with cost management Thankfully those are generally easy items for an owner to handle as they please which may have also been a factor

Okay couple observations and questions At the end of the video you list LCI onecontrol but I don't see the panel anywhere in the interior. At the beginning of the video you list the cargo carrying capacity as 1500 + pounds , yet the sticker on the interior as you pan from the right wall to the patio reads 1100 lb. How wide are those dinette seats? How would you go about relocating the TV directions to the left side over the dinette? What is the height in the shower? What would you do for a Klondike bar?
*LCI ONECONTROL:* It's built into the physical switch panel. No touch screen. You simply sync your phone to it like normal. The idea is "why do you need a touch screen when you already have switches?" *CARGO CAPCITY:* The RV's cargo capacity is 1,500lbs while the ramp/garage area's capacity is 1,100lbs. One is an area/feature specific rating while the other is a TOTAL capacity. *DINETTE SEATS:* I don't have measurements to that level of specificity from this MFG, but our team is always happy to measure anything for someone in return for a fair shake at working with them. Best I can offer is "comfortable width for a single adult" from here *TV LOCATION:* With studs in the walls approx 16" on center you can mount a TV pretty much anywhere. Moving something like Coax is trickier. A Wireless smart TV is a more direct solution to that challenge of course (which also leaves your stereo system free to play something else outside which is cool) *KLONDIKE BAR:* Not much. Never been my favorite loL Now a snickers? I'd punch a shark.
This is perfect for my needs as someone looking to haul a street motorcycle and a mountain bike with an SUV. Feedback/Improvements? I see that bunk area over the bed being used for helmet and other storage. They should mount low profile hooks for a removable bunjee net to secure items during transit.
Like the old floor plan being I dont need a party deck attachment!! Dont like h ac's ving a bunk over the main bed!! Loke the full benches on the back that hang from walls and can be made into beds, if needed. Still could have a full ref opposite of wet bath bathroom and then the sink can be put over the wheel well with a nice window above sink!! Im more concern about the ramp going up into the toy hauler of how easy it might be for an older person!!
Hi Joe! It seems like a simple ask but the answer is "Not if you actually want _accurate_ pricing." This video is two years old. A price mentioned in this video would be completely inaccurate and do you no good. In fact, it may only provide you with a false expectation and leave you feeling with a "bait and switch" sentiment. These videos aren't something like an Amazon listing with a "buy it now" option. MFGs change pricing regularly, shipping across the country and option packages could change the price of the same RV over $10,000 in some cases. Josh, great review, as always. I like one of the previous ideas (for future versions) of a drop down bunk in the back. Also, is there an option, either aftermarket, or from the factory, for the placement of the spare tire? Having that out of the compartment would open up more room for storage. Could it be placed under the propane/batteries, just to get it out of the way? Lastly, does this unit have a black tank flush feature? That is very important to me. Thanks for all of your hard work producing these videos, and keeping us informed.
Basically the RV in this video has all of the options available in it from the factory. We have simple tongue-mounts for spare tires here we can utilize of course. This model does not feature a black flush
I see people using these to haul bikes regularly so I would have to think you can Especially one like this that’s lower to the ground and not quite as steep

The fiberglass sides on this one is better than the steel siding. So, maybe a stupid question...why is the charge controller in the middle of the storage area? If you slam on the brakes all your stuff will slide into it and break it. LOL

Okay couple observations and questions
At the end of the video you list LCI onecontrol but I don't see the panel anywhere in the interior.
At the beginning of the video you list the cargo carrying capacity as 1500 + pounds , yet the sticker on the interior as you pan from the right wall to the patio reads 1100 lb.
How wide are those dinette seats?
How would you go about relocating the TV directions to the left side over the dinette?
What is the height in the shower?
What would you do for a Klondike bar?
*LCI ONECONTROL:* It's built into the physical switch panel. No touch screen. You simply sync your phone to it like normal. The idea is "why do you need a touch screen when you already have switches?"
*CARGO CAPCITY:* The RV's cargo capacity is 1,500lbs while the ramp/garage area's capacity is 1,100lbs. One is an area/feature specific rating while the other is a TOTAL capacity.
*DINETTE SEATS:* I don't have measurements to that level of specificity from this MFG, but our team is always happy to measure anything for someone in return for a fair shake at working with them. Best I can offer is "comfortable width for a single adult" from here
*TV LOCATION:* With studs in the walls approx 16" on center you can mount a TV pretty much anywhere. Moving something like Coax is trickier. A Wireless smart TV is a more direct solution to that challenge of course (which also leaves your stereo system free to play something else outside which is cool)
*KLONDIKE BAR:* Not much. Never been my favorite loL

This is perfect for my needs as someone looking to haul a street motorcycle and a mountain bike with an SUV. Feedback/Improvements? I see that bunk area over the bed being used for helmet and other storage. They should mount low profile hooks for a removable bunjee net to secure items during transit.

Like the old floor plan being I dont need a party deck attachment!! Dont like h ac's ving a bunk over the main bed!! Loke the full benches on the back that hang from walls and can be made into beds, if needed. Still could have a full ref opposite of wet bath bathroom and then the sink can be put over the wheel well with a nice window above sink!! Im more concern about the ramp going up into the toy hauler of how easy it might be for an older person!!
That "bunk" over the bed is sorta laughable to me. I'd either take it down or use it as a shelf myself

Hi Joe! It seems like a simple ask but the answer is "Not if you actually want _accurate_ pricing."
This video is two years old. A price mentioned in this video would be completely inaccurate and do you no good. In fact, it may only provide you with a false expectation and leave you feeling with a "bait and switch" sentiment.
These videos aren't something like an Amazon listing with a "buy it now" option. MFGs change pricing regularly, shipping across the country and option packages could change the price of the same RV over $10,000 in some cases.
I leave you links in the video description so you can always check for current and accurate pricing on any in-stock model (though our website may have changed on older videos like this)

I love this little toy hauler and your videos. Funny and useful. One thing I would love to see is a comparison between the black label and the regular model. Also, a run-through of what may be new in the 2022s if you have that info already. Keeping what you have been doing.

Josh, great review, as always. I like one of the previous ideas (for future versions) of a drop down bunk in the back. Also, is there an option, either aftermarket, or from the factory, for the placement of the spare tire? Having that out of the compartment would open up more room for storage. Could it be placed under the propane/batteries, just to get it out of the way? Lastly, does this unit have a black tank flush feature? That is very important to me. Thanks for all of your hard work producing these videos, and keeping us informed.
Basically the RV in this video has all of the options available in it from the factory. We have simple tongue-mounts for spare tires here we can utilize of course.

Proper hitching and tow vehicle will keep it under control, but short tandem axle models will definitely handle a little better
The fiberglass sides on this one is better than the steel siding. So, maybe a stupid question...why is the charge controller in the middle of the storage area? If you slam on the brakes all your stuff will slide into it and break it. LOL
