As a Chinese, I believe the 1994 version ROTTK has the most accurate character portraits, which mostly obey the novel and historical facts. For example, it is weird to see an ancient Chinese with no beard or not binding up hairs.

You should add Dong Zhuo, Sima Yi, Lu Bu, Tao Qian, and many more. There are some Total War's posters depicting them like that.
