Judges, like anyone else, just HATE to have their time wasted.
Keep in mind that Trump not only appointed three supreme Court justices but 200 Federal judges. Many of these judges would gladly rule in Trump's favor but they need credible claims and credible evidence else they risk their reputation and risk impeachment. These judges are really upset at how frivolous and unfounded the claims are. Despite these constant failures in court, the entertainment Network Fox News (yes it's registered as an entertainment network not a News network), claims a big court win for Trump in Pennsylvania. No doubt another misrepresentation about a meaningless number of votes but it's headlines like that which Trump supporters are feeding off not the actual cases themselves.

And he placed his own people in a counting office with fraudulent votes or to commit a voting fraud. He gave only one or two opposing party members access to the count office to be observers. Could that one opposition catch a fraud? Very unlikely. Can opposing party prove that dictator did anything? Nope nada. Can judges pursue investigation, again no because no evidence presented by opposition.
