They really did a good job setting Bill and Steffy up to bond. That I Love You was big.
Steffy and Thomas had a nice sibling bond until the writers decided to mess it up.

So steffy loved bill before Liam anyways they should of kept steffy off Liam back and more into bill, it would of been better.
