I like them, they’re very decent buses. I like how the doors don’t make any sound when opening and how there’s next to no jostling. These are definitely my second favorite, 1st being the second gens.
@@StmTransit1966 Thanks. What's up new on the roads? Are you seeing a lot of 26-XXX and 27-XXX buses? To be honest, it's been a long time since i didn't see some.
@@georges625 I haven’t really seen that many of them lately. A bunch of 26-XXX and 27-XXX got retired, leaving only 10 2006 left and 13 2007 (not counting the 27-5XX series) left. 7 of those are currently inactive.
@@StmTransit1966 Yeah, i haven't either. I saw a 28-XXX yesterday on the 164 in front of henri-bourassa/bois-de-boulogne, but i cound't read the number. Other than that, i didn't see anything else.
I'm still curious to see what the 26-081 is doing right now, considering it's going to be 2 weeks since the bus has not been active. (2 weeks doesn't indcate a lot, but still...)
Yep, even though some of them have been retired like 3-4 weeks ago, 10 buses of 2006 are still active on the roads for the STM. And for the STL, it's more impressive, considering there're 4 buses of 2004 that are still daily active.
16:51 rare full white bus with no back route plate number
Wow thanks ! Superb video.
Thank you, Appreciate it!
How do you feel about the fully electric buses they have running on the 105 line

@@StmTransit1966I agree with you on the fact that my favourite buses are the second generation ones, (STL and STM).
I would've liked to see what was the number model of the STL bus at 1:25min.
It was 0809 to answer that
@@StmTransit1966 Oh ok thanks !
Can I know why you disable the comment section in your videos ? (All the new videos are disabled from comments...)
I guess it was like that by default
Can you enable the comments section in your new videos ?
Sure I didn’t notice they were off

Same for the 26-041 actually, who hasn't been active for almost 3 weeks.
I have two more videos of it coming soon, but another bus I haven’t seen in a few weeks is 26-041. 26-057 and 26-035 as well seem to be inactive.
@@StmTransit1966 Yes, 26-057 and 26-035 have been inactive for one hole month, so I wonder if they are at the garage for reparation or for retirement.
Juat curious, where do you find that information?
06s still running hard in 2024
Yep, eighteen years and they’re still running and just as reliable

@@georges625 yeah 20 years of service for a bus is very impressive.
