It’s ok to show up exactly as you are (25/01/25)

Hello, let's have a catch up real quick.
I have just been noticing how sometimes I feel like I am performing when I press record, instead of being myself, and it is so ok to show up exactly as you are.
P.S you have to give yourself your own permission, otherwise, you will always be waiting for it outside of you.

Our journey can be such a whirlwind sometimes. And yeah, the internet feels like a place where only the edited, filtered and highly optimal parts of life show up. But you're going against that - showing your authentic self more and just allowing to show up as you are. That's incredibly brave, inspiring and I'm grateful for you, because we need more of this and it's helping me to be more authentic as well. As for the writing - I'd like to congratulate you on sharing yours - I hope one day I get there too!

Hiii, welcome here and thank you! The purple instrument is called a "Mini Steel Tongue Drum 3 Inch," but my friend got it for me so not sure where it's from. Hope you are able to find one :)
