Zucchini in tomatoes in sweet and sour sauce, for jars, for the winter

A delicious way to make zucchini, or rather zucchini sauce that will be a perfect winter dinner. The sweet and sour sauce in which it is immersed is made really quickly and does not require much work. Later in winter, all you need to do is fry your favorite meat, e.g. chicken, and add a jar of zucchini, serve with cooked rice and you have a delicious dinner in a few minutes. I recommend
Ingredients:
1.5 kg of zucchini
0.5 kg of onion,
3 tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper,
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
half a teaspoon of chilli flakes
2 jars of tomato paste (each 200g)
1.5 cups of sugar (my cup is always 250ml)
1 cup 10% vinegar
