PARAKA FIASCO QUESTIONED

Police Commissioner David Manning has been urged by the Parliamentarians to carry out his job diligently and start the arrest of the Beneficiaries involved in the Paul Paraka Legal Bill Fiasco.
This concerns were raised following a statement made by the a former Deputy Secretary for Finance during a legal Proceedings where it was revealed that the Deputy Secretary was given directives from people attaining higher position to make the payments to Paraka's Law firm.
