Not random, entirely intentional, just like Tristana's ability to buffer rocket jump for brief immunity to CC. Ezreal's Arcane Shift has, for an instant cast ability, a RELATIVELY ( as all things are ) lengthy cast animation. What you see in game goes as follows; 1 - Blitz uses Rocket Grab and is going to hit Ezreal. 2 - Ezreal casts Arcane Shift reactively and is casting the ability BEFORE he is hit by Rocket Grab. 3 - Ezreal is pulled towards Blitzcrank. 4 - Ezreal Arcane Shifts and travels to his new position. As long as Ezreal casts arcane shift BEFORE being hit by rocket grab, it is an instant cast ability and therefore cannot be interrupted, as there is no channel. The difference between Ezreal and Tristana is that once the animation for Arcane Shift plays, Ezreal is instantly in his new position, whereas Tristana has to travel to it and does not have CC immunity for this duration.

I was playing rammus support yesterday and i dont know if it was relic shield causing this but rammus was basic attacking minnions like adc range rather than meele range
I found a bug and am not sure if it's really known or not. When I play Jhin and have my 4th shot ready, I hold on to it right until Jhin starts to reload (you start to see the animation), then I try to fire the 4th shot and you lose the ammo, hear the sound, but no auto comes out while it still takes the extra time to reload as if you did attack properly
The thing Yasuo had, happened to me too. I was in my ranked game with my friend and the servers went down. Me and my friends were the only ones, who were able to reconnect. The game was almost lost, but because of that, we won and got free lp.
In my opinion such games should just dissapear, or the team with more objectives and gold should get the win, its just unfair giving the losing team free lp while you get nothing for playing good

Sadly that is not always the case. Just the other week there was an incident right after patch. During mid game everyone (including myself) start lagging brutally, spiking all from a couple of hundred ping to 20k+. This went to go on for approximately twenty minutes until it calmed down completely. I was on the victorious end. I felt certain that I would receive a reduced amount of LP for the victory, and also that the defeated team would result in a loss prevented. I got +25 LP and the opposing team lost 21. It was a crazy time of events and we all had a blast throughout the game, though I'm pretty sure the end result might have aggravated the players on the defeated team. Who can really blame them though? Riot should take more responsibility for their mistakes.
