This tutorial isn't working for me. I had to expand them for the blend took to work and when I try to stretch it with the curvature tool it throws the objects everywhere! D : randomly puts them upside down or scatters them! Help...
My blend option doesn't work with the same options as yours. My text is multiplied and the colors are strange. The first letter of my text disappears, I don't know why
When I Swap Fill & Stroke after directly selecting the top text object, the change is applied to the entire blend. However, I can make edits to the bottom text object that apply to it only. My groups should be arranged as are yours. Regardless, many thanks!
my blean option wont work. I tried it with the rectangle alone and it worked, I grouped the text and the rectangle but for some reason when its grouped it wont work. Its like it know that there is text on my rectange. Any idea on how to fix it ?
What kind of result are you getting instead? You could try Outlining the text (CMD+Shift+O) to rule out whether it's something to do with the type object
@@spoongraphics ok! Thank you, I will try that when I am back at my computer! But it doesn’t let me press ‘make’ at all and under Blend options, nothing I click on transfers on to my art-board so I didn’t get any result. However, as a quick fix, I did the first part of the Graphic in Indesign and copy and pasted into Illustrator. I guess it recognized that as more of an object so the blend mode worked , not the best since the colors were slightly off but I was able to get a result similar to your video.

Thanks for this vid. Can this effect be achieved in PS alone?
thank you so much! but when i apply the screen mode in PS, the text looks almost grey. .can you tell me why?? THanks again!
Are you suppose to expand or create outline on the text in order to make blend for text and black rectangle? It won't blend unless I do that.
Bel tutorial!
Had To Sub After This 🔥😭
Great video! What is the name of the background song?

how did you use the anchor tool. whenever I do it it screws up

Regardless, many thanks!
@Will C I was successful in using this tutorial, but I'll let you use it yourself or find someone nearby. Good luck!
@@Kyle-tt1lv what was the point of even replying? 👀
How can i achieve this same effect, but without the black background, just text?
It will not let me "MAKE" a blend. Any fix or reason why this is?
Why I can not blend the text. before blends, I have to convert him into outlines.
How do you Blend and select Make in Photoshop? There is no object option.
Very Practical and Nice 👍👍
