Acid Rain World figures are selling out because they look really neat and everyone is fleeing from Hasbro and have more money to spend on other figures.
Nope.. they are selling out because scalpers are buying six and ten figures at a time and more to resale for double and triple. And I think some of the companies are in on it too.💯🙏🏿🤷🏾♂️

As of February 7, 2024, Bernard is in stock at PIA Club. Now if they would restock Abbadon Gheists - I would buy 4 or 5
$60 for a figure is craZy. But it is still available from BBTS
Yeah, besides Aliexpress, BBTS looks to be the only place to pre-order. Prices are even more than your normal direct from pia-club and others though

These may be selling out faster as their popularity and knowledge about them increases. You have done a great job spreading the word about ARW and showing how cool they are. Bernard is a great example of ARW figures (possibly figure of the year).

I'll never understand how a "pre" order can be sold out.
That's because you don't know the difference between a pre-order and "made to order" production runs. Fortunately, it's pretty simple. If your production run is limited to 10,000 units, and you have any ethics or scruples, then your pre-orders are limited to 10,000. Maybe fewer if you retain some stock for customer service issues. The only reason pre-orders shouldn't be limited is if you're using pre-orders to guage the size of a future production run.
I had no idea either. Probably because when you pre-order it doesn't mention anything about that anywhere, and Toys Alliance are pretty crap at replying to questions. Fortunately, we have fine folk who can share their wonderful knowledge through the magic of the Internet!

Hey AC! Yeah, I love their vehicles. Still have to pick up an Ankylo! I love their action figures, but they are getting too pricey. I've got a load of their bikes and one of their older transforming mechs
I don't really get Acid Rain. The plastic looks weird and grainy... and they are expensive and not available on aliexpress. They have original and cool designs, maybe if I see one in hands. Great review as usual !

Lol yeah, I get the grainy look. It's the unique acid rain weathering. As Kliment mentioned, they are on Aliexpress through Fireflies, Ailinna and a few others, but usually for a higher mark up.
That's how it started for me, I wasn't necessarily convinced right away, but as soon as I had one in hand I couldn't stop buying more!

Acid rain has gotten a little pricey for me. With all companies raising prices though every purchase now becomes very selective. As is, Joytoy for me are making the most interesting stuff so that's where my spending goes mostly.
I was never really a huge Acid Rain figure fan, I always had a hard time overlooking their longer arms and bigger feet. However, their mechs and vehicles were always top notch, but you're right, the pricing is just way too high these days.
You're right about the vehicles. I wish there were more detailed 1/18 vehicles like the Ankylo. I also have the Joytoy crazy reload truck which is awesome but I'd love others.
Yup, prices are crazy guys, which is why it's so perplexing that they're selling out on pre-orders. This never used to happen before. It seems the hardcore crazed ARW fans are just willing to adorns more and probably buy multiples.
I'd definitely be up for me vehicles, so have to pick up an Ankylo, really want the Bucks version coming out next year too.

I have Ratko PO'd, hoping that nothing aligns to botch that for me, but I still prioritize everything in Vee's world before the 1/18 scale, because the Muse gets what the Muse wants.
I still have a need to get Jack, too.

He's come back in stock over and over, not too hard to get ahold of him. Ratko though, never, I couldn't even preorder him from the proper place (PIA). Guess I'm paying that BBTS price.
I saw him come back in stock on pia twice and sold out almost immediately. I've got another on pre-order as I wanna do a head swap. I have a Ratko on pre-order at BBTS and managed to get one on HLJ as well, just in case lol
They choose to manufacture "on demand" it doesn’t give the impression that the company is doing well.🤔
If we look at Joytoy, the company grew fast and it manufactures in large quantities and quickly had several resellers emerge, but not with Acid Rain while they started almost at the same time,
So, yes, if you manufacture in large quantities and don't sell, it's problematic for the company's financial situation.
Not everyone has the money at the time of pre-order not to mention the fact that we're living in a golden age for 1/18 figs which means we have to make choices. I was ready to buy Ratko this month despite his high price, but alas, that's never going to happen, as he's out of stock like Bernard.
Personally it drives me not to collect their figurines, too complicated to acquire (reseller, availability, price)
Oh damn. I hope TA are doing alright. Yeah, that's my problem with pre-orders, I can't spend all my money on all these pre-orders, but then I don't wanna miss out. To be honest, I've felt the same. I almost swore off ARW a few times. Then they get me with something! I paid a bit more then I should have for Bernard on Aliexpress before he popped up on pia a couple times. There's still a couple on there, but Ratko has never come back in stock. I've got a Ratko on BBTS and managed to get one on HLJ. Did you try any of those places?

Yeah, Bernard ticks all of the boxes. Arms, legs, weapons, paint, $60 price tag for a 1/18 scale figure, cool gimp mask. By "everywhere," do you mean all the stores except for major online retailers where he's still available for pre-order?
