Went on a Christmas market cruise in 2016. There are no places like Nurnburg with the Golden Angel on opening night and Vienna. Having loved that cruise, we wanted to take the Magna but worried about my last comment on not being as great as in the past.
We have heard that the 2022 Christmas markets were not as great as in the past. Fewer lights because of energy issues. Then we heard Chinese products have slipped into some booths. Very sad always looked for the MADE IN GERMANY / AUSTRIA items.
Indeed sad if mass produced junk is creeping in in some instances. Seems you can't get away from that anywhere ( we see it all the time in our local cruise port) so it comes down to buyer beware. Lets hope that things eventually settle down in Europe so things can bet back to a much brighter future and Christmas Markets

Rich and Linda loved the AmaMagna and they tend to be hard to impress.
