I drink to to much coffee too start off with hot coffee first thing in morning around 2 move on to ice coffee with a shot of expresso

I do keto and I put chocolate collagen in my coffee and it has helped my hair so much
I lose sooo much hair due to my hypothyroidism... do you think collagen would help?
I have hypothyroidism too. My hair falls out like crazy and is super dry. I just have a lot of hair so it’s hard to tell.
do you put your vit c serum straight on your face? I mix mine with a little face cream
