    We have a really similar and popular dish here in Curitiba in Brazil, it's called "carne de onça" (jaguar meat but it's made of ox meat) raw and seasoned too

    Well, I understand that some countries aren't very fond of eating raw meat (including my nation), but the way he ate yukke looks so delish, I actually drooled irl... 😂😂

    Only in japan can you buy tartare from a convenience store & know you won't get food poisoning. As an American I'm so jealous of the quality of food that's in japan, it's insane.

    I actually love this guy, he is trying soo hard to explain little things that just make sense in his culture to the rest of the world, and idk if he can or will read this (hate the algorithm) but I just think he needs more appreciation for his work

    In Poland we have it too, it’s named „tatar” it’s not sold in stores but fancy restaurants. Most of the time served with raw egg yolk too
