I've been writing songs since I was 4 years old but have never released anything. Last week, I felt God nudge me to start posting some of them on social media.Yesterday, I started a songwriting challenge, posting them to Instagram and TH-cam. I was always afraid of TikTok, but after hearing Katy talk about it, I posted in faith. I'm trusting that God will send these songs to whoever needs to hear them and that He will be glorified. Thank you Candace for allowing Katy to share her story.
No matter how many times I play this song, or listening to it, I take a pause...listen to it, feel it and it just put me to tears of overwhelming feeling and healing...This song is one of the most powerful song I heard all my life that just brings you back to life with Jesus, thank you Katy, my two beautiful girls who are 6 and 9 loves you and your songs who loves to sing it with me together. Keep writing and keep singing, God has used your talent, your voice, your lyrics and words to send message to people that God is here and God is real and he will always be there. I kept hearing this chorus of God of Possible playing on Facebook back in January of 2021. I got sick one night and I knew immediately that I had covid. I found this chorus and I played it over and over and over again that entire night. It helped me tremendously during that time of attack on my health to listen to that chorus and know that every time that chorus was played it was a prayer that was being sung directly over me. ❤

A few months ago, I was going through a time when I didn't even know what to pray for, but I knew something needed to change. Several situations were just so complicated and felt hopeless. I remember I was in the car alone, when this song came on the radio. I started to cry and felt this song/prayer so deeply. I felt a peace after it was over, knowing God has the situation completely in His control. Honestly, I had kind of forgotten about that moment. Just before I started this video, I was thinking about how different the situation is now. Not perfect, but I can so clearly see God's hand in it all...And then Katy started singing and I was suddenly reminded how God used this song to encourage me in that dark time. Candace and Katy, Please pray for my health. I've been living with chronic health issues for years and am feeling a loss of hope. I know our hope is in Christ. That He still heals today. It's just been so many years of living with this and praying through it. The last few years almost no sleep. This makes it harder to have a healthy outlook.

My dad currently has stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma cancer of the tongue and it’s been a hard battle.
