Every once in a while, I come back to watch your reaction one more time to this amazing gem of a track on Bruno's first album. I think it's one of my favorite Bruno reactions of yours. I get a kick out of watching your expressions change and your smile get bigger as you figure out what the song is all about. 😄 I also laugh at you getting pissed off at the Pac for not telling you about this song. I think you might have heard it before on one of his live concert videos, but he always sang it as part of a medley with other sexy/grinder songs (i.e. "Pony", etc.), so it may not have registered with you. I think Bruno underestimated just how cool this song really is, and maybe felt it needed some help in a live show. IMO, it would have been awesome as a stand-alone performance, and sexy as hell. I’m 75 years old and grew up in Watts, Ca during 50’s, and LA CA in 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, etc so I know the music of each era very well. I was even an entertainment business mgr for over 40 years! I do understand why you are bias to BM over AP but just know there is a healthy balance between the 2 that created “Silk Sonic”! BM did not “allow” AP to join SS but on the contrary AP knew Bootsie Collins long before BM. A lot of their sharp choreography believe it or not mainly comes from AP! You really need to check out AP’s history and full range of his talent and what he has had to overcome in life. BM finally found a partner in AP to complete the full soulful sound he had been searching for his entire adult life! He knew something was missing in his sound and Yes BM is more famous because of his immaculate song writing and dance moves! But the world of AP’s underground soulful hip hop and rap history and his contacts pulled it all together for the sound we all now call Silk Sonic! Thank God their paths finally crossed and they found each other “organically” The 2 have been fuzzed together by God to create this amazing new/old sound of Silk Sonic! You’re my first, favorite and only reactor I subscribe to! I’m 75 years old and grew up in Watts, Ca during 50’s, and LA CA in 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, etc so I know the music of each era very well. I was even an entertainment business mgr for over 40 years!
I do understand why you are bias to BM over AP but just know there is a healthy balance between the 2 that created “Silk Sonic”! BM did not “allow” AP to join SS but on the contrary AP knew Bootsie Collins long before BM. A lot of their sharp choreography believe it or not mainly comes from AP! You really need to check out AP’s history and full range of his talent and what he has had to overcome in life.
BM finally found a partner in AP to complete the full soulful sound he had been searching for his entire adult life! He knew something was missing in his sound and Yes BM is more famous because of his immaculate song writing and dance moves! But the world of AP’s underground soulful hip hop and rap history and his contacts pulled it all together for the sound we all now call Silk Sonic!
Thank God their paths finally crossed and they found each other “organically” The 2 have been fuzzed together by God to create this amazing new/old sound of Silk Sonic!
I love them both and now I love you as one of my adopted very handsome grandsons!

I’ve had 4 husbands in my lifetime and all have passed away so I get pretty lonely at times! But I spend much of my day watching you react to videos! You are very well rounded and watch all types of music and genres! Chris Stapleton is one of my favorite singers so I’m glad you are hip to him now!!
